"Great But Evening Driver never showed!"
ALL was excellent - this was for an overnight stay when I was shafted by the airline, The ONLY gripe I had is that the driver to pick us up at the Atlanta airport never showed up. Very pleasant hotel, well kept, and freindly check in. Tthe room was very comfortable , especially the bed. I liked the fact that the duvet was covered with a fresh sheet enclosure.Only downside was that even though the room was serviced every day, they always forgot something, like coffee or coffee cups, or soap. No where in the description did I read that this hotel charges 10.00 per night for parking, if I seen that I would not have booked there. Beyond greeting staff problem. The beds were not comfortable. The most annoying thing is that the AC unit was VERY loud, and since it was August in Atlanta, you needed to have the AC on.
