The room was spacious and clean, for the most part. Unfortunately, it was overpriced for the condition of the room. The door handles were literally falling apart in our hands. The drain in the tub was so corroded, a bath was definitely not an option. The breakfast was plentiful, but having no regular syrup for the waffles (only sugar free) was a negative. […] On a positive note, available choices of food were plentiful. People above my room had either several pet elephants or 50 kids. Asked the front desk around 10:00pm to call the room and ask them to quit jumping around. Stomping got louder as if it was done on purpose. Then had to go to desk and complain again around 11:00pm noise did not stop until 1:00am and started up again at 6:30am. Woman working the breakfast […] area was rude and lazy. Observed her with a nasty look on her face and rolling her eyes guests would ask her for utensils and when coffee was out. Then she would push her way thru the guests to finally get the items requested. Rooms had stains in the carpet and were sticky as if was syrup (Hopefully only syrup!, it's not good when you have to wear shoes in your room to go to and from the bathroom). the comforter hadn't been changed obviously since it has white stains on it and the sheets on the pull out hadn't been changed either since the blanket and pillow that was supposed to be in the drawer were still on the pull out the staff were all nice enough but overall the service we got was minimal would not stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable but pull out bed was so bad, one of us opted to sleep directly on the sofa. Breakfast was good but ladies that maintained area were not very friendly and almost acted as if guests were in their way. A note of caution, I'm not sure if it was common at the hotel, but there was a series of break ins one night....We never felt unsafe […] their, so not sure if that was an uncommon issue. Its a little old and run down.. they could use new carpets.. mine had red stains on the floor.. im not even gonna ask. Beds were comfortable. Pillows small. Great location though and decent price.

We stayed one night each on our way to and back from FL. The location was covenient, right off highway, few nice resturants around the area. The fist night was nice, but the air conditioner was noise. We had to turn it off while sleeping. The bath room needed more attention, towels were more gray than white, yellow stain under the toilet. Hotel was great except for one thing - the heat didn't work in either of the two rooms we booked. The lady at the front desk said she could move us to other rooms but the kids were already passed out due to many hours of international flights. Thankfully it didn't get too cold in the rooms. None of the doors (bath or suite) locked except for entry door, toilet clogged and instead of someone coming to fix it, they handed us a plunger, AC was broken only blew out warm air, had to open a window. It was clean and will do as a last resort but would not intentionally stay there again, given other options near the airport.

Rooms were clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Only thing that was bad was that we were booked into a handicap room and the shower head was low and had terrible presser. Very close to I85.

The hotel itself was quaint. There are a total of 3 floors. Ciera at the front desk was really nice. Shantrice on the other hand, not so much. When we called downstairs to complain about another's guests children running around @ 630 am she seemed annoyed. She did move us to another room. I checked in at about 11 pm and there was another customer trying to get a refund for his internet service. He apparently paid to upgrade to the faster service which wasn’t working. Receptionist didn’t know what to do and told him to talk to the manager in the morning. One minor problem – he was leaving on an early morning flight before the manager […] came to work. My room: there was smashed window, a bullseye. There was a small hole but the shattered glass did not fall out. Receptionist was not aware of it. They asked me if I wanted to change rooms and I declined as I had settled in and it was late. I was going to be there for only 6 hours anyway. They need to hire a different interior designer. Building is obviously old and had renovations done at some point. The result is rather bizarre. The sink was raised to about 3.5 ft in height, microwave was placed under it and a safe below that. If you are short, you will have trouble using the sink. Mini fridge was also under the counter but non functional. Breakfast was available at 7 am. You would think that being an airport hotel they would start breakfast at 6 am as many people have very early departures. I grabbed a tea bag, opened it, then discovered there was no hot water. Shuttle to South and then North Terminals at Hartsfield was reasonably punctual and took about 10 minutes to get there. Would I stay here again – I think I will give other hotels in the area a try. This was a ok hotel to spend the night if you are leaving in the morning. Beds are semi comfortable. They gave us a handicap room so it was not the best room to be staying in. Flooors were dirty. Towels were somewhat stained but overall it was ok. Breakfast is pretty simple. Close to airport which is nice.

This hotel was very close to the airport, with easy access by highway, and they offer free shuttle service every half hour. The room seemed run-down. It appeared to have received normal everyday cleaning, but the carpets and furniture looked deep-down dirty... I didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet! There was a broken window in our room (just […] cracked, and a bit out of its track) and the windows really needed cleaning. Overall, the place looked like maintenance was lacking, but it was okay for an overnight stay. The staff was helpful, and the lobby area was pretty. The hotel is really close to the airport, with free shuttle bus service. The location is convenient, but in a pretty crappy neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend walking around at night, even though there are some fast food places nearby. The close proximity of the airport also means you can hear every plane that is taking off and landing, but it isn't […] too loud in your room. This is a very old hotel (think 70's). The previous 2 nights we spent at Hilton Garden Inn Milleneum Center (for several dollars less) and what a difference. Would definately stay at the Hilton again. Would NOT stay at the Country Inn again. Do yourself a favor and even if it costs more book the Hilton Garden Inn Millenium Center.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast \bar was good. However, both the coffee maker and the hairdryer (essential) didn't work. And, I found it ridiculous that the exercise room didn't open until 6:00 am. The only people staying at the hotel were overnighters for the airport; the gym should be open 24 hours, to accomodate early or late flying times.
