I had a one night stay at this hotel and I have no major issues with the staff, service, room, or rate. I originally intended to stay at the Hyatt nearby with the rest of my group but was not able to get a room there. As it turned out, I'm glad I didn't. I got the room for a very decent rate thru hotels.com and the room was on the 4 to 5 star level. Well, closer to 4, but still quite nice for the price. My only minor issue is with the location of the hotel entrance. It was not easy to find the entrance to the place. I enjoyed my say. If your looking for a good hotel. Supposedly it's not in the best part of town, yet I didn't see anything to indicate that. The hotel staff are moderately friendly. "Parking Pet Peeve"
This hotel was very nice, with polite and friendly staff. The paying for parking was very much a pain and the multiple signs that read " We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle" in the parking lot was a little shaky. The inside of the hotel was nice. The personnel were okay, but not great customer service attitudes. The neighborhood that the hotel was in, is questionable.
