The beds were horrible. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There were kids run up and down the hall from early morning till late, slamming doors, fighting and yelling. The hotel did nothing about this. We attempted to use the hot tub however the jets did not work and it was indoor by the pool with more screaming, jumping, running […] splashing kids that we could even sit in there. Hampton Inn ranks with Holiday Inn Express. I've stayed in so many hotels/motels in the past three weeks, I get them mixed up. Hampton has comfortable beds, good breakfast, and good WiFi. However like all the rest they should hire a handicapped person to design their showers/bath tubs so they have handles or grips in the right places. Who do you know […] gets into a bathtub from the end where the faucet is? That's the end they put the grab handle at. And why are there no grab handles on the wall so a handicapped person can hold onto something while showering? Read more

Nice hotels - decent breakfast. One thing I didn't like that the staff made us wait just to check to see if our room is ready even though it was after check-in time. The staff checked on the computer but still have to called someone to check. And that someone didn't answer the phone so we had to wait. I don't know if that was how this hotel runs or […] just the staff made us wait on purpose (??). We checked in on June 30, 2012 after 2pm. The room is decent. Biggest negative was having to wait at the front desk for 5-7 minutes at check-in because only available staff was getting cookies ready. There was a sign on the front desk that the attendant was away but she was gone so long I wondered if anyone would ever be back and there was no bell to ring. I showered at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, probably when everyone […] else was because the pressure/flow (third floor) left much to be desired but the water was hot. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. July, 90+ degrees outside at check-in, but the room was cool upon entry as the air conditioner was turned on ahead of time -- Perfect! The breakfast was excellent as I've come to expect from Hampton Inn breakfasts -- Hampton Inn Breakfasts have always been better than the competition. Everything was better than expected, the pictures made it look a little dated, however upon arrival it was not at all, it was newly remodeled and very clean. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus, we were expecting continental, however it was a full breakfast and lots of options for the entire family. We chose this hotel because we were going to lagoon amusement park on a family trip, which was only about 10 minutes away. We loved the indoor pool for the kids. It's location was great. There are dozens of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Taste of India next door was delicious. We expected the included breakfast to be the same boring cold […] breakfast bar with cereal and fruit and muffins, but were pleasently surprised to find hot eggs, sausage, potatos and more!
