This hotel should not advertise that it has either parking or guest laundry facilities. We had to park on the street (at $10 a day) and that only after circling for long periods every time we moved the car. The laundry was outdoors in the alley - no security, no place to sit down. Pros: close to the beach, cheap, safe and relatively clean. Cons: the "free parking" advertised on the website means if you are really lucky you may find one of the 6-8 parking spots in front of the building empty. I had a great time while staying in this hotel. The room was nice and it had a microwave, a fridge, a tv, and a desk. Also an ok bathroom and a walk-in closet. The air conditioning was working fine. The hotel was OK if you are on a budget. The rooms need a good scrub floor to ceiling. Also I do not consider a microwave and mini refrigerator to be a kitchenette. I think my TV was a 14", very smal and rabbit ears no cable. I can honestly say that these people are the most boring, rudest, uncaring, unfriendly, no customer service, unprofessional people I've ever seen. The one person that I can honestly say that was kind to us was this generous man name Jerry.
