"best bang for buck for young party goers"
If your going to south beach to party and hang out this hotel is in the best location. In less the 5 minutes of walking you'll be in the heart of ocean drive. Seconds away from the mall. "Bare bones but perfect!"
We felt it was a great boutique hotel just a few blocks from the beach. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. For the price, it could not be beat. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. We will stay there again for sure.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Honestly, no big complaints. The location is great, walking distance from all the action. My only problems was my room key having to be programmed everyday, there was no carpets and the floor was dusty. Great hotel for the price. Beds are kind of hard but cool location and very cool layout. Wasn't in the room much but why would you be if your in south beach. A small south beach hotel in a great location. If we were staying longer than one night then this would not have been my ideal spot, but for our one night it was fine. The hotel in general is small and is not the type to have all of the little extras. The AC in our room didn't work but luckily it wasn't hot enough for it to bother us too much. "You get what you pay for - BE CAREFUL WHEN BILLED"
The location was the best thing about this hotel. We had to BEG for the room to be cleaned daily and wait while they did so. Overall, you get what you pay for. Stayed at this hotel leading up to New Year's weekend and I must say that some of the previous reviews had me a bit concerned. HOWEVER, I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel when I arrived. Apparently, this property used to be a hostel. Under new management,the property is now a hotel and the building has been revamped and the service level […] is excellent.
