"Overrated"
Beautiful rooms in this kind of fancy artistic hotel where the art and the painting is probably more relevant then customer service. Really bad welcome when I got there, not check in available until 3pm even though the room was ready for us and thanks to the hotel director we could get in and repair from they pouring raining outside. "Stay away"
Courtyard was really nice. Everything went down hill from there. Reception was completely disorganized, receptionist wasn't even there when we arrived. Room was much smaller then the pictures show. Our room was located 10 feet away from the reception area and every noise easily traveled through the thinnest doors in America. "Ikke som forventet"
Kan ikke anbefale hotellet. Efter min mening for dyrt i forhold til standard. Ingen ordentlig reception, udvendige trappegange til værelser ( ala motel ) Ingen elevator. Stadig under renovering ( 4/1 ) med masser af støj. Nøglekort til værelser virker ikke, aircondition defekt i flere værelser ( ifølge de gæster der dukkede op i receptionen med vi ventede […] ) Der render en del skumle typer rundt på hotellet.
