"Good but not great"
Nice hotel, not extravagant, not amazing. Everything was good except for the restaurant by the pool. We and other people around us waited an hour for our orders and then spoke to the manager who basically didn't care. Several tables just got up and left instead of waiting around forever. We did the same after another 10 or 15 min's. We had ordered grapefruit […] and yogurt and coffee. "Nice hotel, but could offer better service..."
I liked the hotel, but for the price, it could offer better service. The location couldn't be better. I had some issues with the room service and the vallet. I also didn't liked the fact that I was charged 20 dollars tax for the use of the pool area (100 dollars for 5 days) if I didn't use it a single day... If I would come back? "Not recommended"
The hotel service is very bad. Especially the front desk girls. They will charge you on everything. The rooms are very small and you could hear everything that happens in the hotel in your room – very hard to have a quite night sleep.Genuine Expedia guest review
