Boulan South Beach

I was woken up by Jack Hammers busting concrete at the lobby of the hotel, went to Manager and asked what's happening and said that they were remodeling the restaurant and that the noise will continue for at least 4 to 5 days. I had to check out and move accross the street with my 3 children and luggage.

I loved everything about this place. Trust me, I am not an employee or know anyone who is an employee of this place, it really is great. I brought my wife and 2 small children for a long weekend of some work and play. The room we had didn't have a balcony, which is totally fine, but would have been the cherry on the top of a what was already a wonderful […] living space. The gorgeous modern space wasn't very child-proof, especially with the white leather seats and sofa, but wasn't a problem after all. Everything worked as listed in the description and I'd be dammed if we could even make a small issue out of anything here. The rooms were always air-conditioned adequately (you can adjust to your liking) and the kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, etc. all worked out swimmingly. The pool on the roof was outstanding, esp for the kids, as the pool had broad staggering steps that were not deep. What else? Walgreens is a couple of blocks up and had everything we needed as well as it's awesome proximity to restaurants and the beach. They had great folding chairs and umbrellas for guests of the Boulan, which worked out great for us, too. The internet and cable worked fine as well as the water. It was a great find. But it is an aptartment rental not a hotel so it is not set up to have amenities one is used to at a hotel. Also, the parking is not $15 a day but$15 every time you take you car. Over all the spot is dope and make sure use check out the pool, beautiful.

We liked this place because it was clean, roomy, and good value. The beach was only a couple of blocks away and the Art Deco historic district and the Lincoln pedestrian mall were within walking distance for us, as were plenty of restaurants. We are likely to stay here again when we return to South Beach.

Arriving at Boulan we were expecting the rather impersonal feel of previous condo/hotels we've stayed at. Instead, we were net by the friendliest, most helpful staff we've ever met. The bakery breakfast was perfect and the coffee great too (which is good because the rooms lack coffee makers). Walking into our room was an experience. It went on forever! […] The best suite we've ever had, hands-down. Modern with an Art Deco feel. The room was unbelievably sound-proof - a very important feature for us traveling with a toddler. The rooftop pool area was heaven on Earth. Wish I could be there now. Perfect for suntanning with a book, or playing with our son in the shallow end. We will book next year for sure. *if you are looking for a place to party and meet people, this is not for you. It's very quiet (but only a stone's throw from ALL South Beach attractions). If you want to feel like one of the privileged few who LIVE in South Beach, give it a try. Read more

A great place! Huge appartment with very modern furnitures, including fully equipped kitchen. Pool on the roof and great, modern gym. Very negative to mention is the front desk, these guys were completely useless. Not helpful and were not even able to print a receipt. But the room is just amazing.

Deben mejorar la vajilla. El apartamento no condice con la vajilla provista. Tiene una cava pra vinos y no tiene copas. Los cubiertos son insuficientes. Faltan platos, tazas y vasos. Con poco dinero solucionan este faltante que es muy incomodo para quien lo habita

Aquí hay algunas cosas que resaltar boulan es un conjunto de departamentos que dan un servicio como de hotel. Lo mejor del hotel es el servicio si eres latino todas las personas hablan español y son muy amables. Las instalaciones, decoración, alberca y departamento en general esta muy bien muy grande y bonito, internet gratis. La zona es buena ya que […] estas a unas cuantas cuadras de lincoln rd y ocean drive. Lo unico malo y que deben de aclarar es que los departamentos son de una sola habitación y solo cuentan con una cama king size y un sofá cama por lo que si son mas de tres personas es un problema ya que te tienen que llevar otra cama individual. No tiene estacionamiento y te cobran 35 usd cada 24 horas. En general esta bien y me volvería a quedar. Read more

Boulan som jan 2012 bör klassificeras som ett nytt och fräscht lägenhetshotell ligger bra till nära beach och Lincoln Street med shopping, bio mm. De har en mycket bra pool med soldäck på taket och ett relativt bra utrustat gym. En mycket bra val för familj med tonårsbarn då eget kök är bra för familj med olika rytm och tvättmöjlighet i lägenhet är […] riktigt bra att ha när som vi anländer Miami efter 10 dagars resande på "vanliga" hotell utan tvättmöjligheter. Personal i reception och concergie var riktigt hjälpsamma. Rum/lägenhet var bra utustade även om lite väl kitchig inredning. Read more
