There are a ton of pros about this hotel. The location is great - literally in the middle of a ton of restaurants and bars. You can valet park but since... we got in late in the evening, were leaving the next morning, and it wasn't a weekend, we parked it ourselves across the street for some minimal meter parking fee. Our room was comfortable and large enough with the stated amenities on the website (e.g., coffee maker, refrigerator, t.v., air conditioning, and even cooking burners). The rooftop pool and view are fantastic and really add to the appeal of staying there. Nice staff who seemed to be hard at work. The one big con about the place is a big one! I knew there was the possibility of street noise given the location, but I didn't expect to experience noise from the building itself. We must have been next to their generators or some other large machine, because throughout the night, there was a really loud rumbling noise coming from outside and in the walls. It's hard to explain, except that it can be incredibly annoying if you're a light sleeper like myself and not to mention 6 months pregnant. Since we got this room with a discount through hotels.com and our stay there was so brief, I could get over the occasional sleep disturbances. However, if I were staying there for more than one night, I'd definitely have to talk to the people at the front desk (who were all really nice and I'm guessing would have been helpful).
