We really enjoyed the suite we stayed in. We had booked a partial ocean view. It was farther back from the ocean than I had anticiapted. I was prepared... to pay for an upgrade to ocean front, but no rooms were available. The only complaint is one of the sliding balcony doors would not lock. The hotel fixed it immediately though. While in South Beach, the hotel didn't seem to be that close to the action of South Beach you hear about. It was a quite area, but lots of selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 24, 2012

Location.
Resting on the white sands of the Atlantic Ocean, the Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach in Miami Beach, Fla., is located on Ocean Drive and 5th Street, with the trendy restaurants, designer boutiques and energetic nightlife of South Beach right outside the door. Just 4 blocks from the Art Deco district, this Miami Beach hotel is less than 1 mile from Jackie Gleason Theater and shopping on Lincoln Road. The Miami Convention Center is 2 miles away.

Hotel Features.
This European-style boutique hotel has two 10-story buildings, featuring a restaurant with a marble dining room and courtyard waterfall. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel for a fee. A landscaped garden walkway leads to the beach, where a beach club provides chairs, beach beds, umbrellas, towels and pool toys. The resort's Mediterranean terrace sun deck offers a beachside pool and spa tub with ocean views. The Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach is family-friendly, and offers child-size beach chairs and umbrellas, complimentary children's movies, games and coloring books. Spa 101 provides spa services that include aromatherapy, body treatments, hydrotherapy, and massage. Massages on the beach are also offered. Prime Italian Steakhouse - Prime Italian's large space is comprised of subtle brick walls, upscale seafood, creative pasta dishes, sumptuous meat options and the famous softball-sized Kobe meatballs stuffed with sausage and ricotta. The bar's extensive martini list and fine wines join the soothing sounds of Sinatra to compliment the Prime Italian experience. Modern décor and red leather dining chairs. Open for lunch Monday - Friday from 12 PM - 3 PM and on Saturday - Sunday from 12 PM - 4 PM. Dinner is served seven days-a-week from 5.30 PM - 12 AM Sunday – Thursday and 5.30 PM - 1 AM on Friday and Saturday.

Prime One Twelve - Located in the heart of the exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood, Prime One Twelve is the ultimate celebrity-saturated culinary experience. The menu boasts the finest quality beef, dry-aged for 21 to 28 days and steaks that range from an eight-ounce filet mignon to an impressive 48-ounce porterhouse. Reservations are a must, as Prime One Twelve is a dining destination sought after by influential tastemakers, professional athletes, Miami locals and tourists. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday - Friday 12 PM - 3 PM and dinner Sunday - Thursday 5.30 PM - 12 AM and Friday - Saturday 5.30 PM - 1 AM.

Room service (limited hours) is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Guests can enjoy 2 signature mojitos per stay (included in the resort fee).

The fitness center has a sauna, strength-training equipment, and flat-screen TVs. Guests also enjoy an outdoor splash pool and 2 spa tubs. El hotel está al lado del Nikkis bar, que todos los domingos funciona hasta las 5:00 am. con Fiestas Electrónicas y no deja dormir. Por ningún motivo alojar la noche del domingo es un infierno, en la semana es muy agradable y tranquilo el lugar.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel als Abschluß für unseren Florida Urlaub gewählt.Ausschlaggebend war die Super Lage am Strand von Miami Beach, die Nähe zum Ocean Drive und die ruhigere Lage bzgl. Schlafqualität. Am Flughafen waren wir in knapp 30Min., auch das war uns für die Abreise wichtig. Das Hotel war das teuerste auf unsere 3 wöchigen Reise und das einziges […] mit Eincheckproblemen. Zuerst war kein Zimmer verfügbar, nach 2 Stunden warte Zeit war das Zimmer im System verfügbar aber in Real noch nicht sauber. Die Koffer wurden auch erst nach erneutem Nachfragen dem richtigen Zimmer zugewiesen. Dies hört sich erst mal schlimm an, aber uns hat es nur gering gestört, zumal der Service und die Reaktionen auf unsere Reklamationen sehr angenehm waren. Es wurde immer sofort reagiert und uns wurde als Wiedergutmachung freies Frühstück für 2 Personen, freies Internet, ein kostenfreier Late Checkout und 2 Cocktails offeriert. Daher geben wir keinen Punktabzug diesbezüglich, zumal es dem Manager sichtlich sehr unangenehm war. Das Zimmer selbst war chic, geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Der Parkservice (Valet Parking) ging schnell und unkompliziert. Der Sonnenaufgang am Meer war ein perfekter Urlaubsabschluss und das Frühstück sehr lecker :-) wir würden wieder kommen. Read more
