My wife and I spent two nights at the Casanova. We were upgraded from a king suite to a two room suite. The room was huge (1100 sq ft) with a nice view of lummis park and the ocean. Nice kitchen with stainless appliances although the fridge freezer needs some attention. The location on south beach is great (between 5th and 6th) right next to all the […] action but not in the middle of it. These rooms have private balcony's over looking ocean drive which is not common of most hotels on this strip. The price we got on Hotels.com could not be beat. The only real negative would be that the hotel is under remodeling, they are putting in a spa next to the lobby, but no noise ever made it up to our rooms. The hotel entrance is not visable from the street, Bellini resteraunt is located out front and you walk down a short (clean well lit) walkway to the lobby located on the side of the building. The Mattress was comfortable (never used guest bed but having a second bathroom was a great perk) but they starch their sheets for some reason. With the size of the rooms it was strange not have a dresser in either bedroom. the nightstands have deep drawers and there is alot of closet space even a walk in closet but would have liked more drawer space. Overall this was a great experience and If we visit South Beach again we will be staying at the Casanova Read more

This hotel is a hidden gem in Miami Beach! The staff was friendly, the rooms are large, modern and very clean. The bathroom is completely updated and there are tile floors throughout. The mini-kitchen with full fridge is perfect for snacks and drinks. The rooftop pool was our favorite feature. The pool isn't large, but are you really planning to swim […] laps? The view from there is incredible! It's a short walk across the street to a beautiful stretch of beach. The two restaurants below serve breakfast very inexpensive and the food was incredible. We hit both for breakfast, lunch and appetizers. When dining out and especially if you drink, be sure to ask prices anywhere you go and you won't have any surprises. We plan to make this an annual visit and will not stay anywhere else. The entrance is a little tricky to find. The entrance is between Maya and Belinni's, but once you know where to look, you're golden. The reception area isn't fancy, but the rooms were great! Valet is right there as well. Parking is limited, so valet is recommended. We parked the car and took cabs to Marlin's Park. Great experience and you won't be disappointed! Read more

Me and my boyfriend loved to stay at this hotel. Great location, room was spacious and staff was kind and helpfult. The only thing was that our room had no kitchenette - which it was supposed to have as hotels.com described it. But overall it was a very nice experience. I will definitely stay here in the future.

I will admit the entrance is hard to find while it is still under construction but once I got to my room I truly appreciated the suite and all the comforts it had to offer. It was quiet despite being in a busy part of Collins. Overall I would recommend Casanova Suites and will plan on staying there again in the near future.

Went to south beach with about seven friends for spring break and was fortunate enough to get a reservation at this hotel. The suites are spacious, clean, reasonable, and overall amazing for South Beach. It was located right on Ocean Drive, which is where everything is at (wet willies, mangos, etc.) The pool and roof area were remarkable and the ocean […] view from our suite was just breathtaking. The staff was great and helped with everything. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out so that we wouldn't have to lug around suitcases until we had to board our late flight. I called in advance to inquiry about an extra persons fee and management really cared and accommodated the situation. The weekend manager also recommended some places to visit both in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, which was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning to going to South Beach. Currently in the works of planning Miami round 2 at the Casanova Suites. =) Read more

We loved this hotel and the staff. It's probably the best deal in South Beach. The view and accommodations were amazing and walking distance to everything we needed! Carlos, at the front desk, was awesome and very excited about helping us make the most of our time in Miami!

The hotel was very nice and Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay "Great". They had some beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use at the beach, which was a short walk from the hotel. The only thing I think they could change is how loud the hotel room doors close. Be sure to utilize the kitchen!

I've stayed in Miami on many ocassions, therefore, I am aware that the hotels may appear nice on the website but are very old and dirty, therefore I read all the customer reviews for the hotels and decided upon the Casanova Suites. The hotel was exactly as pictured and we were very pleased. The bed was very comfortable and the Kitchen area was also […] very nice. The livingroom had panoramic views and the terrace in the bedroom had a beach view, which of course looked out on Ocean Drive, which was great. The rooftop pool was small but beautiful and there was a large lounge area on the roof as well. The only recommendation would be more lighting. The ceiling light didnt work and the bedside lamps weren't very bright. Another recommenation would be to access to the internet, there were none, so we had to find an internet cafe to do an online check in for our flight home. BTW, the entrance to the hotel in on the side, so you can easily miss it. We circled the block a number of times. Its located next to the Bentley on Ocean Drive, between 5th and 6th. The front desk personnel is the person who will meet your every need 24 hours a day and they were always very accomidating. I would definitely stay here again. Read more

Me and three friends stayed in one of the 2-bedroom suites, and we left very impressed. The room was basically a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, with a full kitchen with granite counters, and balconies in both bedrooms and the living room, including one with an ocean view. The master bedroom even had a large walk in closet. The staff was awesome, and the included […] breakfast at the restaurant next door was pretty good too (watch out they'll try to get you on the drinks). The location was also excellent, right across from one of the busiest beaches, and a short walk to Nikki Beach. There's also a liquor/drug store half a block away, so you can stock your kitchen with food/drinks. If you have a group (3-6 people) I would definitely consider this hotel as an affordable option. The 2 bedroom units, I should add, are definitely nicer than the 1-bedroom ones that don't have views. Read more

The hotel is located in a wonderful spot. It's on the famous Ocean Drive, but is at the end of Lummus Beach so it's not as loud and noisy as the main area of Ocean Drive. The room looks just like the pictures on their website, so you won't be disappointed. The only downside to my hotel stay was that I didn't realize one of the wine bottles was already […] open before I checked into the room [so make sure you check all the bottles/cans of alcohol right away]. However, after a call down to the front desk the hotel manager did come up to the room to inspect the bottle and I was not charged for it. If you are looking for cheap drinks then don't go to any of the places on Ocean Drive. You're much better off walking over a block or two to Collins or Washington Avenue to find reasonable prices for drinks. Read more

The hotel is within walking distance to the Beach. Room was clean. The only disadvantage was the bed had a big dip in the middle. The room is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove with dishes. Will return to hotel when I visit South Beach again.

This place is outstanding. I had chosen it through the reviews that I had read and it was everything that I had hoped it would be. It is on Ocean Drive in the hub of the bustle of SOBE which we enjoyed. We had an Ocean View condo and had a great balcony overlooking Ocean Drive. Staff was great and the accommodations were fabulous. Very comfortable bed […] and lots of spaciousness throughout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling there as it offers more space then most of the boutique hotels in the area and is around the corner from Walgreen's as well as a liquor outlet. We ate at the Casa in the morning and the food was great and the sun was shining down on us before we headed for a cruise. I would definitely like to spend more time here and if I was to come to SOBE for vacation I would definitely hope to get a place here. En fait c est plus qu un hôtel se sont des appartements tout confort; cuisine américaine totalement aménagée 2 télés une enceinte lecteur iPhone / iPod. La chambre est en marbre avec une vue incroyable sur ocean drive et la mer. La piscine sur le toit complète le tableau. Bref je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hotel bem localizado perto dos restaurantes e casas de festa de miami beach. Para chegar à praia basta atravessar a rua. Quarto amplo com sala, geladeira, microondas, pia, etc. Os funcionários foram bastante educados e nos ajudaram sempre que precisamos, dando dicas de lugares, fornecendo toalhas para a praia, etc.
