The only problem we accounted was there is no soap dish in the shower stall. The shower and spray are perfect. We had to leave the soap on the shower stall floor while we cleaned. Other than that the hotel is very clean nice neighborhood quiet loved the entrance to the hotel. This is a great hotel for those attending events @ the miami beach convention center. The conv ctr is a 4 minute walk away!! There's a parking garage right behind the hotel. Extremely convenient. And the price is very reasonable for the area. Great place!!

The location was perfect. It was close enough to everything going on in South Beach, but across from a park so there was no noise from Collins.. The room wasn't luxurious, but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. There were great restaurants nearby and the beach was only a block away. Our room was clean and the hotel personnel were nice and efficient. This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is wonderful for access to the convention center, beach and venues. It is very simple, but the staff go above and beyond and treat you like family (Fredrico is a joy!!!)! I felt very safe and comfortable and the adjoining park and outdoor seating adds to the feel.

Luis (front desk) was exceptionally nice (and resembles Mark Wahlberg...what a bonus!). The room (105 - a courtyard room) was large and clean. Also, it was very quiet...which was a plus since I have stayed at many LOUD south beach hotels in the past. The construction around the hotel is complete with the exception of a road which looks almost complete. […] The bed was wonderful! Towels were not fancy but we brought beach towels. Only think that I would change in the room would be to add some curtains to block out the courtyard lights at night....we just used a pillow. Did not have breakfast there...went to Lincoln Road to people watch instead. Public parking lot is conveniently located across Collins at 21st Street. South Beach Hotel was an excellent little art deco hotel for us to stay at on our short visit to South Beach. Only a block away from the beach. Staff were kind and courteous. Our room overlooked the entrance with garden and water fountain. Within walking distance of all shopping, restaurants and big hotels. Easily got around by public transportation […] so we could see Coral Cables and Coconut Grove. Took advantage of the 25cent South Beach local bus. Even took the bus to the airport so we could see more of the city before we left. For the money, for the ambiance and the welcoming staff, I would highly recommend this hotel. We hope to visit again. Been to this hotel twice now and both times have been more than satisfied. It is close to the main area of Ocean Drive, without being on the doorstep. About a 10 min walk at the most. Room is a good size.

Das Hotel liegt optimal in South Beach. 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, 15 Minuten von verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön gross. Das Frühstück war auch gut, kontinentales für 8 Dollar. Wer mehr möchte muss natürlich mehr bezahlen.

Dit hotel is een aanrader. Het is erg centraal gelegen, heeft een hele mooie ruime voortuin waar je kunt zitten en het personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Het enige wat toegevoegd zou kunnen worden is een kleine koelkast.
