"Great location, everything else was below average"
We had to wait over an hour to check into our room. Our room was noisy from the lobby and street noise. Adding to the noise was the window mounted A/C unit. On the bright side, the location was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Awful service"
The service was awful. Firstly, they put an extra charge on us titled 'Resort Fee' for the provision of pool, towels, wi-fi, breakfast etc. even though we didn't use the pool or towels and wi-fi and breakfast were specifically mentioned as being free with our booking. Also, we got their slightly before check-in time and they wouldn't give us our rooms […] even though they were available. They failed to communicate adequately with us. "Wyndham Gardens"
Hotel in a good area. Although very noisy, the problem being there is 3 blocks and unless yours in the main hotel anyone appears to be able to get into the blocks, Every night our doors were knocked on and people were shouting wheres the parties between 4am - 5 am. Retard dans la prise de possession des chambres (nous avons du attendre 3 heures pour avoir la notre).
