The hotel is in a bad condition. The entrance hall looks really nice, but that´s all. It was so loud in our room that it was hard to sleep. The Location is ok for Miami Beach, but not more. Windows do not close properly so you hear the noise of the wind all the time. Air condition is old, too. Valid parking is 17$ a night.

This was a horrible experience. The worst. The hotel lobby was borderline dingy. The floors were dingy. The rooms were mediocre. At 3:11 in the morning, I called downstairs to ask them to come up to the next door room ... to quiet the inconsiderate people next door. At 4:11 ... with the noise still going on ... I TRIED again. But, no answer. After several […] attempts, I gave up. I took a shower ... and LEFT the hotel. It was like being in a dormitory. I have been staying in hotels for 35 years. This was the first time this had ever happened ... not leaving, not repeated attempts to address the situation ... but, I have NEVER had to ever call a hotel front desk to ask them to quiet another guest. Never. Not in 35 years. I am trying to get the hotel manager on the phone. BUT, TO NO AVAIL. I will keep trying ... but, I strongly urge guests to stay away from this place. Read more

Dissapointing.totally completely disappointing. This is the worst hotel I stayed in the states. price is too high for that hotel also. Pool is so dirty. Final comment: unhappiness guaranteed.

The room was populated by baby cockroaches, but during the night they where having a big dancing party all over the place. Let me make this clear. They were not just two or three roaches, which would have been disgusting already. There were lots of them at a time. I told the reception how critical the situation was, but no action was taken at all. It […] ruined not only my vacation, but any desire to come back to the same destination again. The world famous Casablanca Hotel abandoned its opulence long time ago. We stayed at one of the “penthouses” with the “ocean view”. On the positive note the staff was friendly and the place we rented was very spacious. But, there are many negatives: • After we checked in, we found a stranger doing laundry in our room. The person had a key to the room […] and left without providing an explanation. The management could not provide an explanation either and decided to change the locks on the doors. • The room has a kitchen which came with a broken and smelly garbage disposal and complementary cockroaches. • The room itself is very specious but unattractive. Everything is old and in dire need of proper upkeep. • There was patio … with no patio furniture. • No working WiFi in the rooms. • There is a bar downstairs, where the only patron is the bartender himself. • As for free breakfast provided by the hotel … you are better off cooking something in that dirty kitchen. In summary the Casablanca Hotel is dirty and old looking, and the staff, although friendly, does not seem to care much about anything. A room at motel 8 would be an upgrade. Read more

Toilet seat had urine splattered all over. Tissue box was stuffed with tissues that were previously pulled out of the box. What hotel has soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall? regardless they were both Empty! I only found that out in the middle of showering. I stay there for one night just 2 days ago. I book a partly ocean view one king bed room 1) the front desk is really low efficiency, they seem to be so kind to keep talking Spaish to whom also speak Spaish, and will make you wait long time to reach your term. 2) parking is not free, it cost $17 plus tax one night, pls don't be puzzled by the free valet […] parking. 3) the room is close to the elevator, so it's so so so so so noise! the staff was rude! they lied to me about the air being broken. i had to change hotel at 2 am. hotel smelled horrible and everything was old. if someone kicked the door it would open right away the locks were rotten. terrible experience!

The AC did not work in our room in the lobby or anywhere! We were there the last week in July and it was awful. We were glad that we had one window we could open so we could have a small breeze over night. Also they charge $17 to park your car. However, they rent these spaces out to people not staying in the hotel so we had to try to find parking for […] over and hour before we demanded they do something about finding us a parking spot. This hotel gave away my room after I called and told them I would be arriving later inthe evening. I paid for a double ocean view and got a full size city view efficiency. To top it all off, they ran out of parking where they charge $16 per day... At my request for linen, they had none. It was really awful

Awful hotel! Lousy service. Horrible rooms. Old 30 years old bathrooms never renovated (they claimed the hotel was just renovated, but it is a lie). Everybody was very unfriendly, including the reception, valet, waiters at breakfast, etc. Horrible breakfast with coffee in styrofoam cups, etc.

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights from the 29th Dec 2012 to the 2nd Jan 2013. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had a balcony, which was nice. The room was run down, and the carpets were dirty. We had a non smoking room. Every morning we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and the order got messed up every time! The internet did not work, and we couldn't get phone service in the hotel. 1. Sat on street, could not get into the parking lot to unload our luggage, when we did waited for 15 min at desk to check in. 2. Heard the parking guy say there was nowhere left to park any cars, but they took our car and left, not sure where it went, but parking definitley an issue here cars parked all over the entrance area. 3. Got checked in and […] went up to room, it was like an old condo complex that has had a bit of new tile put in it. The room appeared clean, but very small and very outdated. Bathroom was so small, had to lean over sink to close door. Windows opened, but no screens to keep bugs out. Walked down to pool area, was going to go out to the beach, sign stating keep gate locked, do not let non residence in the gate. Decided better not go out to the beach... 4. Went to go for dinner, walked down the street, but there were absolutely, no restaurants anywhere, we walked and walked, a long way, it appeared to be all private condo complexes, asked girl on the street where to eat, she said there was no place close, but there was a restaurant in her building for residents and took us in her building, we did eat there food ok... 5. Went back to Hotel, obviously nothing to do here, tried to use the internet. It did not work, called front desk they did not know what was wrong, they will check into it in the morning. Hôtel a éviter Hall, chambre, partie communes vétustes voire glauques. Une rénovation urgente me parait nécessaire. Le breakfast a l'image du reste. La structure tout béton de l'immeuble a pour conséquence une isolation phonique inexistante. Le seul point positif: sa situation en bord de mer. Nous avons changé d'hôtel des le lendemain.
