The two-story lobby features black terrazzo floors, wooden columns and a winding staircase that leads to the mezzanine level. Dining options include the hotel's signature restaurant, Americana, serving a buffet breakfast (surcharge), lunch and dinner. Bistro 1LR (One Lincoln Road) serves French- and Latin-influenced fare. Di Lido affords oceanfront seating and specializes in Mediterranean cuisine created with organic produce. Lapidus Lounge serves cocktails and tapas from mid-afternoon until late evening. A business center offers three computer stations, and 30,000 square feet of function space accommodates events with 10 meeting and conference rooms. Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available throughout the hotel, which offers secretarial and business services. This 11-story property offers 375 contemporary guestrooms furnished with mahogany dressers and nightstands. Beds are dressed with 300-thread count Frette linens, down duvets and silk shawls. Bathrooms are stocked with Bulgari bath products. All accommodations include coffeemakers and minibars. Tech-savvy features include MP3 adaptors, CD and DVD players, and flat-panel televisions. De Lido Beach Club - Trendy South Mediterranean-style restaurant. “Sun cuisine” includes monkfish, gingered lobster, and grilled medallions of beef. Dinner only.
Lapidus Lounge - Cocktails and tapas served mid-afternoon through late evening in lounge. DJ-spun music Thursday-Saturday nights.
1LR – One Lincoln Road – Cocktails, coffee, tea, and light finger foods served in lobby bar from late afternoon till late evening.
Onyx 360 - Located on mezzanine level overlooking main lobby. Private dining table for ten. Dinner only.
There is an outdoor pool, and a fitness center is equipped with bikes, treadmills, and weight machines. Wave runners, parasails, and kayaks are available on the beach (surcharge). Beach/pool umbrellas are available. Cabanas and sun loungers are also available (surcharge).

Overall I was extremely disappointed. The hotel is aged. The room was fine but it definitely did nit feel like a Ritz property. The location to the beach is excellent but the surrounding area is terrible. Very shady area to be walking around at night. I was mostly disappointed with the service. We called an hour ahead of time for luggage and car when […] we were leaving and they were over 15 minutes late. When I brought it up they kept blaming different departments. Quarto reservado não estava disponível e fomos "acomodados" em camas extras de mola. Outros hóspedes estavam com o mesmo problema. Aparentemente o overbooking é uma pratica comum neste hotel.
