The staff was very accomodating, especially Allesandra at the front desk. The JR suite I requested was not available upon arrival, so they upgraded us to a huge 2 bedroom suite with 2 large balconies facing the pool/ocean view. The hotel's grounds are filled with plants, trees and flowers with a Morrocan theme. Terraza, their Italian restaurant was […] delicious with large portions and everything made fresh. The pool bar was a lot of fun, and the beach lounge chair staff was very helpful in securing spots on the beach, which is complementary. Rum bar and Sky Bar were fun spots to have before or after dinner cocktails and the pool is rockin' with a DJ on the weekends filled with the beautiful crowd. Read more

Shore club is not what it used to be. Rooms need total refurbishment. Very disappointing accomodation, more 3 star than 5 in that respect. Pool side lounge / bar area without life, unfortunately. Food is still very good, location is great and a Nobu inside the hotel indicates that this once was the place to be.

I was there the first weekend of August with a friend. The Shore Club has a great pool party, especially on Sunday afternoon and a very nice beach just outside the hotel. Our room was in very good conditions and clean. We had lunch one day at the Terrazza restaurant and it was quite good (if a bit pricey). The bar scene at night is also excellent (until […] 2am, then everybody moves to the clubs). Walking distance to Lincoln Road (for brunch) and all the top restaurants in the high scale hotels (we went to the Dutch @ the W, and to Katsuya @ the SLS). I'd definitely recommend it and go back. It is a very well located hotel with great restaurants and the ambience is nice and well kept. We loved the view to the ocean, and even the room was a bit little, we felt comfortable. The only thing was that we could hear the neighbors laughs or yells and the sliding door to the terrace didn't close tight.

This stay was torturous. The hotel staff was very rude, unwelcoming, mean, and unhelpful. They charged me for everything (including a late checkout) and didn't even offer to give me a place to store my bags or let me take a shower given that I couldn't have a late checkout. The grounds were poorly kept, the hallways and rooms were in poor condition […] (paying out the wazoo for a room with cigarette burns everywhere?) Nothing about this hotel was luxurious and the service was abominable. I felt unhappy and unwelcome, and like I needed to apologize for asking for anything I needed. I will NEVER stay there again and will tell ALL of my friends to avoid Shore Club at all costs. Read more

When we first arrived, our rooms did not at all reflect what we anticipated. After that it only became worse. The hotel refused to allow us to place a cot in any of the rooms citing fire hazard as the reason. The rooms, however, were more than spacious enough to accomodate a cot. Also, when I called the hotel to ask about fitting cots into those rooms […] they assured me it would be no problem. I am just grateful the staff at the front desk and the maids were able to provide us with a few mattresses for the ground (which makes me believe there was no real threat from a cot). Bodde på Shoreclub under wmc. Hotellet hade ordnat med bra dj-lineups under veckan och speciellt stämningen runt poolen var riktigt bra med bra service. Vi hade bokat en mini-svit vilket dessvärre inte uppfyllde förväntningarna då det ena rummet blev oanvänt på grund av dålig layout.

Concierge service var under all kritik! Vad man än frågade skulle dom googla upp info! Vi kan googla själva. Dom hade felaktiga uppgifter eller ingen information alls om vad man kunde göra, vad saker kostade osv. Vill ni hitta på saker GÖR DET PÅ EGEN HAND! Räkna inte med någon information på plats. Detta gäller inte en anställd utan flera som vi pratade […] med. Övrigt så är hotellet mycket bra, mycket bra service i Hotellets restauranger, barer och reception.
