"Great location"
An older Art Deco property. Friendly staff although housekeeping was inconsistent. Upgraded when we chhecked into a very nice suite. Much better value than the Ritz which is only one block away...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent location, reasonable price"
We had a corner room on the third floor. We preferred to open the windows sometimes instead of using AC, which was not a problem. The location was superb, two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Lincoln Road. We uses rental bicycles the whole time which were less than a block away. The cafe was convenient and inexpensive, the food was acceptable. We […] did not use the pool although it looked nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did have to ask once for our room to be cleaned and sheets changed, but this was done quickly with no fuss. Our washclothes were not replaced and more could not be located in the afternoon. "Comfort of Room"
I gave the comfort of room a 3 because the pillows weren't the best pillows and the windows had wood shutters, which weren't complete blackout. "Crest Hotel - Superior Single Room"
The hotel had a great location however we were extremely dissapointed with the hygiene standards this resort worked upon. The reception staff were all clueless with any quieries we had and could not help us most the time. Upon check in the room had several hairs in the bath and on the inside linnen of the bed.
