"Great hotel with sub standard service."
The hotel itself is amazing and very conveniently located near the water and everything on south beach. The staff seemed attentive but they ultimately did nothing to resolve my issue with a broken (and very loud) a/c unit in my room. My stay for was two nights.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"NOT ANYTHING I EXPECTED"
First of all directly infront of the building was constrution that made it some what difficult to get into the building. The resort fees that we were told were refundable if none of the aminities were used....was a lie. We were told two totally different stories. The beds are cheap..They made a large amount of noise. "Claridge Hotel Miami Beach"
Hôtel élégant pas trop mal situé, mais pour le reste...
