    The hotel staff is AMAZING. They go above and beyond the call of duty. It is directly across from the beach and close to good clubs and restaurants.     The worse hotel ever. No queen size bed which they advertised. They advertised free cocktail, but hotel doesn't have a bar. Bathtub so filthy, we couldn`t even step it. AC is centralized and cannot be controlled individually. TV is 12 inches and so old, still uses vcr. Everything advertised was false.

    Location is excellent but the room was not very inviting. Floor was dirty and it looks like the cover sheets are not being washed for days. The AC is blasting that I was freezing cold. The thermostat in the room never worked. I complained and they said the AC is centrally controlled. Will never stay here again.

    I have travelled extensively throughout the world and would say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The most unfriendly staff, disgustingly dirty room, AC broken, toilet leaked, not hot water in the shower, mould . Breakfast was genuinely inedible. I am truly amazed how bad this place is.... More they did not clean my room on the entire […] stay, when asked the front desk person they told me to complain to hotels.com and that the maid would not come back until monday!. the bathroom door would not close, the staff was too oblivious and inexperienced. i could put up with the fact that is an outdated place but the service is non existent.     Hotel Takeover is needed for this hotel. Room service never came to clean room and distribute new bath clothes/ towels. When ask for bath clothes/ towels they did not have any clean. There was no ice tray. Sink fill with water while running. Shower was too small. No unit to control the air. Skirt of the bed dirty.     We stayed one night for new years eve, the busiest night of the year probably. The room was tiny, we had 3 people, I couldn't imagine 4 people being in there with nowhere to sit/stand besides the bed. The bathroom was ok, I've seen worse, but they only gave us 2 towels and no hand towels. No fridge or microwave, no phone in the room (never heard of […] such a thing). For 1 night of just sleeping so we could emjoy the nightlife it was fine, and cheapest on Ocean drive which is what attracted us to the hotel in the first place.     Looking at the hotel from the outside, it looks pretty well kept and clean. When you walk through the doors you start to see the diaster waiting for you in your room. I don't even know where to begin. The bathroom had old blood splatters on the shower curtains!!! The towels were dirty and they didn't give wash clothes (not like you would want them any […] way). The tub and sink were rusty. There was old garbage under the bed, along with the phone that wasn't connected to the wall. The lamps were broken. The sheets had cigarette burns in them.     The stay was okay except check-out time was 11:00 a.m. instead of 12noon as stated. I didn't like the fact that they charge you 100.00 deposit. Then it takes them 2days to return it to your card. Other than that....I enjoyed myself.

    I stayed for memorial day weekend, so it was PACKED! There was a girl from MA there complaining from the lobby on how horrible the room was, which was discouraging, the hotel recep offered a full refund (nice of them). I was scared to go up......but it was nice....The TV was small, and each room doesnt have its own climate control, however it was still […] a comfort cool room, there was loud neighbors n the walls in the joining room make it hard to sleep... Other then that was okay....ONLY REAL ISSUE- the staff are RUDE! the people who work the food bar were...they didnt want to serve me without me leaving them with a C/C- which was crazy bc I was a staying resident...not just osmeone off the street...other then that it was great...deff staying next year with my MD boys!! :) Lack of towels...wasnt great tho.     This place was absolutely filthy. We had stains on all the sheets that looked as if they never attempted to clean the room they just make the bed one guest to another. They off a free cocktail for each guest which we didn't receive! Ridiculously priced for how gross it is.

    The hotel it self is located on a great location. Everything is close to you. The beach is right infront, the bars are down the strip and the hotel has a restaurant which BTW the food is alright and the prices are great. The hotel do need some renovations but for the price and the location its worth staying. The TV's are old but it does it purpose, the bathrooms are small, and the AC seem to work perfectly when we were there. The front desk ladies are very nice and helpful when needed.     The hotel is an amazing location, but I would not stay there again. The room was very dirty. I walked on the floors with bare feet once and not again for the rest of the stay. It felt like the floors hadn't been swept much less mopped in some time. There was a dirty q-tip and bobby pin on the floor in the bathroom (gross) and it just felt generally […] dirty.     General - This hotel is located in the historic district of Miami Beach, so expect to be staying in an older hotel. The rooms are currently being renovated with new paint and new bathrooms. Our room, thank goodness had recently been redone, and I musts say, they did a nice job. New tile in the bathroom, with new sinks, floors, etc were welcoming, while […] the walls also had a fresh coat of paint. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, I was expecting a brick, but was met with a fairly comfortable soft mattress. The sheets and covering on the other hand were terrible. The TV - this thing is a relic! I thought people were joking in past reviews, but they weren't. It is literally a 13" TV VCR combo mounted to the wall. Although older, they do however have an amazing channel selection. All of the rooms come with satellite TV and include many channels. The Air Conditioning - I had read in many other reviews that the air conditioning was broken in the past, well, THEY FIXED IT! and I nearly froze my tail off! Each room has a control in it, but mine did not do anything. Our room was a consistent 65 degrees! Location - This hotel is perfectly located to EVERYTHING! If you want drinks or food, you can fall out of your bed and land within food service. The food served at the hotel was surprisingly good. Typical burgers, steaks, and crab all with regular dinner specials (A bit of advice, almost all of the restaurant offer deals to people if they are not packed with customers. I specifically ate at odd times to get bigger discounts.). The hotel is directly opposite the beach, volley ball courts, and a multitude of other entertainment. The night clubs were the next block over, and the staff helped us find and get into them as well. A perfect hotel if location and price are most important to you.     Is located on ocean drive, in walking distance of all restraunts, attraction sites, clubs, shopping, beach and more.... I stay every year because it is agreat price for the location but the staff are rude and bring and they could update it and clean more.. all in all great for the money if your there to party.

    Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ocean Drive und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wenn man nicht komplziert ist und das Hotel nur zum schlafen ist es perfekt. Das Zimmer sieht halt so aus was man auch dafür zahlt. Fand ich persönlich aber nicht weiter schlimm.
