Location is the key here. Right on the beach on the beautiful Art Deco strip. The attached restaurant and bar made it easy for breakfast or before dinner... apps and drink. The food is Passable but not the place for a fancy dinner. I was there on business and knew I would be at the hotel for sleeping only. For that it was fine. If you want to lounge in luxury...this is not the place. But for convenience and cost a good deal. No regrets and I would go back. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 9, 2012

New management has taken over and hopefully it gets better I wouldn't recommend until turn over process is complete am surprised this place is licensed.

My staff stayed here and had a very bad experience. Front desk wouldnt give blankets, didnt clean rooms, cavalier staff gave horrible customer service. Good location for the food & wine festival but for the same price I will put them up at the hotel Eva next year with great service, clean and updated rooms and great location. Will not recommend.

I have stayed extensively throughout the Miami and would say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The most unfriendly staff, disgustingly dirty room, AC broken,Dirty bathroom , Uncleaned linen , Disgusting rooms i would not stay here even for free. nothing good there . The 11 o[clock checkout is rough. I accidently left my iPOD charging and did not realize it until the next day. I called and was less than satisfied with the effort, supposedly put in to find it.
