The Mercury South Beach

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is a little bit old but that's not really a problem. The breakfast is good enough, and the room was very clean. The staff was also very polite.

Upon arrival the hotel was very clean, and staff was great! The room was large enough for my wife and 3 kids to stay comfortably. The entire Deco district was an easy 5 block walk and the beach was an 8 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Awesome HUGE rooms. Kitchenette, bathroom with large corner jetted tub. Room was large, clean, an comfortable. The hallways are a little dark an gloomy but once in the room it was great. Not sure if this is just the room I was in or the way all rooms are. Service was great at the front desk, and the maids great. Was skeptical but would recomend this hotel to others looking to stay on South Beach.

I really enjoyed the location and the service of the hotel. However, they do not tell you when you check in that a $150.00 hold is put on your credit card for the time that you are there. I really enjoyed the romantic setting of the rooms and the jacuzzi tub made for a nice touch after a night of partying and drinking at local Wet Willies and The Clevelender. I recommend this hotel to whom ever wants a great location in South Beach. Close to the fun, but far enough away to where you can be romantic and not bothered. I enjoyed the getaway with my husband and the Big Pink Restaurant was FANTASTIC! Biggest plates of cheese fries I have ever seen. And just for travelers, don't worry when the liquor store closes. The corner store about a 5 minute walk from the hotel sells great bottles of Moscato. Came in handy for me & my husband at 2:00 am. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is also close to the south beach and the art deco district, which are walkable distance. I left my handphone in the room after we have checked out but the staff were very nice about it and returned us the phone when we went back for it. Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel, worth the stay!

Wir (Paar, 45 Jahre) waren mit dem Hotel hoch zufrieden!Wir kamen bereits morgens um 9 Uhr von einem Kreuzfahrtschiff, konnten unsere Koffer dort abstellen uns frisch machen und umziehen. Redan när vi bokade Mercury hotell visste vi att det ligger nära flera nattklubbar och att det var högljutt på nätterna. Lätt avhjälpt med öronproppar och oljudet övervägdes av den trevliga personalen. Rummet med en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa och ett pentry fungerade utmärkt. Bäddsoffan är inte anpassad till två vuxna, men personalen försökte hjälpa oss […] genom att bygga upp den med extra madrasser. Rummen är enkla och rätt slitna, men rent och trevligt. Flera tidigare gäster tyckte att läget var trist, vi håller inte med. Parkeringen mitt emot var bara ett plus eftersom vi hyrde bil stor del av tiden. Gångavstånd till massor av affärer på Collins Avenue, flera bra restauranger nära inpå och bara några minuter till havet. Vid ankomsten fick vi besked om att rummet inte hade WiFi, men trots det kunde vi oftast koppla up oss trådlöst. Visserligen med låg hastighet och lite osäker uppkoppling, men när vi behövde säkrare uppkoppling var det bara att sätta sig i receptionen.Vi hade en väldigt trevlig semester och om något problem uppstod var personalen mycket snabba med att hjälpa till. Prós: Adorei a estadia no hotel... Meu quarto tinha 2 banheiros, cozinha com fogão, geladeira, armários, talheres, pratos, copos e etc... 2 TVs no quarto, a cama deliciosa... Pude cozinhar, receber visitas, tinha uma sala ótima com 2 sofás e mesa... Tinha muitos armários e o espaço era ótimo. Contras: A internet sem fio não pegava no quarto, então […] eu tive que ficar o tempo todo no saguão do hotel para poder me conectar. Me cobraram uma taxa de Resort que eu não sabia que existia... Achei que já tinha pago tudo ao Hoteis.com A Piscina estava em manutenção todos os dias da minha estadia... Ele é um pouco longe dos lugares de compra, fica umas 7 quadras dos pontos mais legais... mas as vezes eu ia caminhando, alugava bike ou pegava taxi que tinha um ponto bem na frente do hotel. Buona posizione vicino al mare ed a Ocean Drive. Pulito ed accogliente, molto comoda ed attrezata la cucina. Alcune stanze, quelle vicino ai motori dei condizionatori sono MOLTO rumorose. L'idromassaggio della vasca da bagno in camera non funzionava.
