"NOT LIKE PICTURES"
Room was in horrible condition seriously need to be remodeled I expected at least better than a Red Roof INN for the price! The pictures are nothing like what you actually get! The rooms have THIN walls you hear everything going on outside your room and every time someone walks on the floor above you! "2 nights to forget"
Well, from the moment I walked to the front desk I thought it was going to be awful. I usually expect a smiling person on the other side of the desk making eyes contact but it wasn't the case. Hotel lloks nice when you enter front desk, everything changes upstairs.Fridge was not working, Internet - very poor signal, breakfast - bagel, old croisants, jelly,creamy cheese, apple, juice and coffee, everything on plastic plates and cups. "Not worth the High price."
Cons: 1. It was like pulling teeth to get a smile out of the front desk staff. 2. The carpet in the hallway to my room looked like someone had dragged a bleeding corpse all the way down to the exit at the opposite end. 3. I felt like I couldn't touch ANYthing in the bathroom. 4. "Pictures are deceiving!"
The location is great, thats it. We chose this hotel because the price was great and having never been to Miami, a friend who used live there said it's not the greatest. It's awful! It has this weird musty smell, the housekeeping staff doesn't do anything... no fresh towels, no changed sheets, had to ask them for another roll of toilet paper and clean […] towels. The bathroom is tiny and the shower curtain hadn't been changed in months. There was hair on the floor before we ever used it, things were broken. The room itself looked nothing like the picture and neither did the hotel. The continental breakfast is toast.. and maybe a bagel.. I'm not a high maintenance person, I don't stay at Ritz Carltons, and alot of people have the mentality that it's not important to spend a bit for a hotel since you're not in it much. "Girls trip, Would never stay again"
First off the hotel has a weird smell. There is NO elevator just alot of stairs to get to the rooms. There was a old smell throughout the hall ways and there was no air condition in the halls, just fans, so it was hot! The rooms are small and its hard to move around, we had 2 standard beds. There is a mini fridge and it was leaning to the side because […] the wood it was on was roting. Small closets, no full mirrors, you have to stand on a chair and look at yourself. The view was of another building where people can see everything you do. The lady at front desk was soooo rude, any guest you have outside of the 2 you book have to have their ids copied and have to let front desk know when leaving so you will not be charged for extra person fee. The contiential breakfast consist of cookies, toast, and mini bagels. A joke! And warm orange and apple juice. There were blood stains on our conforters and we were told that they had been washed and there was nothing that could be done to fix it. Ridiculous. The hotel was had an unpleasant stench and had a far less than decent appearance. Das beste an dem Hotel ist definitiv die grandiose Lage! Es liegt eine Parallelstraße vom Ocean Drive...d.h. 3 Gehminuten zum Strand und zu der angesagtesten Straße Miamis. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr groß also Kingsize. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab neue Handtücher. Man kann kostenlos! Handtücher und kleine […] Liegen für den Strand ausleihen. Man kann kostenlos den Fittnessraum, Businessraum und sogar ein kleines Kino im benachbarten NassauHotel besuchen. Das einzige, was ich zu bemäkeln hätte ist das sehr spärliche Frühstück. Es gab zwar Toast, Bagels, Croissants und Muffins aber leider nur Butter, Creamcheese und Marmelade dazu. Wenn man wie wir 5 ÜN hat , ist das auf Dauer ein bisschen langweilig. Aber in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es genügend Restaurants um ein richtiges Frühstück zu genießen.
