no charme, no beauty,no comfort, not welcoming, all steril and cold. No comfortable place to sit in the room (1 plastic chair),lobby or front facing noisy Washington Blvd. Terrible towels ,bathroom not big enough for 1 person. Rooms where barely cleaned, bads were barely made. I cleaned the toilette with our towels

not happy- yes older hotel, but need to upgrade-- room was so hot- may as well have slept outside. No parking nearby- had valet- but if I wanted my car, wait wait wait.... don't plan staying there again, but have other hotels around

This hotel was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed, bedbugs would not have lived here! The lobby was under construction, the elevator barely fit two people, we could not take the stairs because they were under construction and full of dust and construction materials. The room looked nothing like the online picture, it was filthy. We walked into the […] room and not only was it HOT, 86 degrees, but it also smelled like MOLD! We turned the air to 75 degrees but it never cooled down. The hallway was 10 degrees cooler than our room, wish we could have slept there. The bathroom had no place to put your soap or anything for that matter. The shower had half a door and no place to put shampoo or soap other than on the tile floor, which had black mold growing in the grout. There was black hair on the wall and trash (not ours) in the garbage can when we arrived. The shades did not cover the entire window and the room was bright from the neon sign all night. The beds were uncomfortable! The television only got a few channels and it had lines rolling through so you could barely watch the channels you did get. The only nice thing I can say about this hotel, is the staff, they were all very nice. Unfortunately, they may need to be better at the other parts of their jobs, like cleaning!! First of all it says that there is valet parking to noice on arrival that there is no one available to park the car. We ended up parking in a car park down the road which will probaly end up alot cheaper anyway. upon checking in the light switches did not work only to be told that they are not in use and we have to use the lamps which is a bit of a […] struggle if you can't see where the switches are in the dark! The aircon unit was so load that it sounded like it was about to explode! The floors in the room was so dirty and also bathroom floor/shower was disgusting and dirty. overall the hotel is only good for it's destination to the beach. Read more

Eu e meu marido ficamos hospedados nste hotel agora, agosto de 2011, e não ficamos nada satisfeitos. O Hotel é muito velho, sujo, o ar condicionado não funciona direito, o banheiro dá medo, o atendimento é péssimo e o café da manhã é pior ainda. A única coisa que salva é a localização...mas..meus amigos..não caiam nessa...há outros hotéis bem melhores […] por perto.
