"Jack hammer alarm"
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel before heading on to finish our vacatin and wanted to sleep in prior to departing Miami. Well we werent told on hotels.com of any construction nor when we checked in to the Winter Haven. Woke up at 0920 to the sound of a man jack hammering on the outside wall of the hotel. We complained to the front desk and […] they said we should have gotten a letter on the desk in our room and a letter when we checked in. NOPE TO BOTH.
