Shelborne Beach Resort features an oceanfront infinity pool with nearby furnished cabanas, two spa tubs, and a poolside bar serving drinks and light fare. The hotel features two on-site restaurants and guests enjoy a continental breakfast daily (surcharge).

All guestrooms include complimentary premium channels, in-room safes (included in fee), and wired high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Some rooms have kitchenettes with microwaves, refrigerators, and wet bars. All guestrooms are wheelchair accessible.

"Decent place to stay"
We stayed at the Shelborne in mid February 2013, not a bad place, but I was expecting more. they upgraded us to a very nice oceanview room. We had a lot of trouble with our room key cards. "The Neglected Room"
I searched for a hotel very carefully to stay in this past Saturday September 22, 2012 until Tuesday September 25, 2012. When I looked at your website the photo gallery of your hotel impressed me enough for me to book with you. Upon checking in on Saturday night, we were given the key to room 736. To my surprise this room was hideous!!!!! The ceiling […] was going to cave in, the air conditioner was defective as it blew out warm air, the bathroom floor had black spots on it (along with cherry pits on it), the sink was not working, the shower door was off the hinge, the lamp in the room was white with stains on it, the curtains were dingy and not properly hung. I went downstairsto the front desk, to ask was there another a room that we could be changed into. He told me, not tonight because there weren't any rooms available. That room looked as if it was being worked on and was totally incomplete. There was no way whatsoever, this room should have not been rented out to anyone!!!! "Miami maddness"
Got off to a ruff start. Got to the hotel and the front desk clerk Kevin act as if I wasn't suppose to be there. "Bad elevators and a/c"
The only thing I will complain about is the elevators...I waited 15 min one time...the elevators jump around and never go directly to your floor....the a/c was real bad...no air flow....it was warm n my room and never cool..Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"the worst hotel i have stayed in all my life"

In response to your review, I would like to clear up a few things, such as our new renovations that have received high regards. Our parking fees are clearly listed when you pull into valet so you are aware of the additional cost when you arrive. I am surprised that you did not enjoy breakfast since we have an extensive menu to accommodate a variety of likings. Again, I am sorry that you felt your stay was not up to your standards, as we do our best to accommodate all of our guests.

"Pas top mais a proximité de tout"
Parties communes plutôt sympa. Nous avons demandé à être logés sur la partie arrière de l'hotel et nous avons été satisfaits. Heureusement car le bruit sur la façade de Collins Avenue est continu (pause de 2 heures à 7 heures). Chambre vieiilote avec literie hors d'usage mais tout est propre. La température de l'eau sous la douche est instable !!:douches […] hyper rapides pour éviter l'eau brulante. Dès l'arrivée, on vous prévient que vous dervrez payer des frais supplémentaires (25 $ par nuit) pour les services existants !! Et pour le petit-déjeuner nous n'avons jamais su si il était compris ou pas dans le prix. Dans le doute on a préféré aller petit-déjeuner chez Paul sur Lincoln Mall à deux pas. Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet, like ved stranden og sentralt på Miami Beach. Flott bassengområde. Rommet vårt var rent og fint, men litt lite for en familie på 4. Liten plass til kofferter, og ingen hyller/knagger på bad for sette toalettsaker eller henge fra seg klær. Svært behjelpelig concierge. La oferta que escogí de internet, mostraba un hotel moderno con habitaciones confortables. La realidad fue que unicamente la planta baja del hotel, que incluía bares, recepción, restaurantes y piscina, estaban restaurados. La habitación que me "endosaron" era antigua, un baño sin ventilación con una bañera de hace 50 años que resbalaba, una grifería […] que se aguantaba con pinzas, sin bidet, inodoro y lavabo restaurados. La habitación, que era interior, sucia llena de trozos de pintura de las paredes, con una ventana sin persiana que era inaccesible y la cortina que no iba.
