We choose this hotel to save money, which was reasonable for Miami rates. However, there was an added $8.95 daily charge. The only amenity was ping pong tables and beach towels, which were regular bath towels. the room was clean, no view, but that was okay, a little hallway noise. free parking after 6pm until 8am, then you have to pay the meter. We had such a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. When we got to the hotel we realized that the hotel really was right on the beach, so we asked if any beach front rooms were available. The man behind the desk, named Michael, a wonderful, wonderful person to speak with, told us we could have a room if we switched […] from a queen to two doubles, we took it and it was well worth it! The view was wonderful, we woke up early the next morning and watched the sunrise from the comfort of our room. The beach was great, it was so so close and very quiet. We only stayed one night as we were headed for the Keys but I think I could have spent the whole trip there. I highly recommend this place! Read more

The night manager started our stay off wonderfully - personable and friendly. We enjoyed the attached bar and swimming in the ocean. There is a fine Peruvian seafood resturant a couple blocks away. Really nothing to complain about. Good property for couples on a budget. We would stay there again.

Good value for money. Very close to the beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and service oriented staff. Cheap parking very close to the hotel. Internet was slow and unstable and needed a new code every 24 hours. Worth to pay the extra money for Ocenfront view room.

the hotel is lcoated at north miami beach, hence outside of the party area, but directly at the wonderful beach. the neighborhood is a little akward, actually it looked liek the worst place on miami beach! the hotel itself is very old, and not very comfortable. the staff was not friendly, and another hassle was the parking. there is only public parking […] nearby, which meant to feed a parking meter at 8 o'clock in the morning! next time i will spend more money and get a nice hotel! When we arrived to Days Inn Hotel ready to spend there 5 days, 4 nights, the recepcionist was not friendly and he was using his cellphone (not talking, using txt or web) all the free times. When we got to our room there was air all over the bathroom's floor. Sand from the beach and some corners of the room. I was going to make complaint but my husband […] said it was ok. So, I cleaned the air on the bathroom before using it. There was something green on back of the toilet. Like when is not clean regularly. I asked for the ice for my cooler and they said: Our machine is not working right now, we are going to fix it. 3 days after they said the same thing. Is a old Hotel and it looks recently they painted it over the damaged walls. The very old main door painted also and it doen;s look good. I was entering to lobby and there was like a hidden WET FLOOR sign that I didn't see at first and I fell down. I was going to make a complaint because "there was no sign" but looking around there was one in a corner instead being in front of the door. The 3rd day they cleaned our room they FORGOT to leave towels. We arrived at 4am returning from a nightclub (kind of drunk) and I was goint to take a shower when I found out there was no towels, I called front desk and they said nobody was avaiable to bring them to me so, I had to go to lobby to get them. We had a very small room with 2 bed we didn't need, asked for remove one bed and they denied. The AC was doing loud noise and had to change it, the beakfast is a joke and some hotel staff were not friendly. The elevator is dirty, do not take this as an option, this is a complete disaster, the only good thing is this is by the beach,

for the $$$ per night that I paid, I expected this hotel to be extremely nice. however, the lobby was grungy and in disrepair as well as the room. In the room the laminate around the bottom of the dresser was delaminated, the TV was an old tube type set, the AC was too small to cool the room, the tiles in shower was seperating from the wall, the carpet […] was dirty, and the walls are paper thin where you can hear every little sound in hallway. The only good thing about the room was it is facing the ocean accross the street which made for wonderful sunrise show. I never stay in this hotel again. Read more

Be prepared to search for parking, but be patient there is a fast turnover in the lot across the street. I have a bad knee but found enough close by resturants and shops and the beach is right across a small street. Loved the view from our window..

Nice clean hotel. Small room, but nice view, right by the beach. We had a rental car so we didn't mind being a little far away from the clubs and restaurants. Very pleased with this stay.

Very clean room, especially the carpet which looked steam-cleaned. Fridge and Microwave were spotless. Ditto for the bathroom. Location to the beach was excellent - cross a small parking lot and the beach is there. Close to pharmacy for inexpensive incidentals. Great restaurants in the area too - all price ranges. Good selection of cuisine.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Das Personal an der Rezeption supernett. Ein Zimmer mit Meerblick im 7. Stock - eine unglaublich schöne Aussicht, die darüber hinweg sehen ließ, dass das Zimmer zwar nett, aber schon ein wenig abgewohnt und nicht so super sauber war. Trotzdem, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle […] gut, und sehr viel Platz. Die Gegend ist abends und später/nachts nicht so empfehlenswert; tagsüber aber völlig problemlos. Der Strand direkt vor der Haustür................was will man mehr. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Semestertripp i Florida, kylskåpets tätlist trasig och en isklump istället för frysfack, heltäckningsmatta på golvet var smutsig(svart under fötterna om man går barfota), i övregt bra läge, gångavstånd till affärer,resturanger och stranden. Trevlig Personal. Nackdel parkeringsmätare.

El hotel está ubicado enfrente de la playa. Es un hotel viejo, con un solo ascensor y que va muy lento. Es el unico defecto que le vimos. El personal del hotel muy amable, la habitación que nos habían proporcionado tenia mal la ducha y la caja fuerte, nos la cambiaron por otra de mayor categoria. Wifi en todo el hotel. Hotel bem antigo, realmente um prédio bem velho. O quarto e bem pequeno e o banheiro muito apertado. Fica em frente ao mar, porem tem um estacionamento publico do lado, durante a noite e de graça. A noite o local e meio ermo.
