"Not a family friendly hotel."
Rooms are so small that I bumped my knees into the sharp corners of the beds twice during the first two days. No closet in the rooms. No hotel parking. Instead you pay $45/day for valet parking. No access to the beach. Unbelievable prices in the restaurant - $100 for breakfast for 3 people. You could get more quality for your buck elsewhere.Genuine Expedia guest review

This hotel is for me one big disappointment. At the beginning I was offered a room different from that for what I paid. Instead, the ocean view I could see from the window installation for air conditioning and other ventilation devices. After my many discussions with hotel staff eventually managed to replace the room to another. In addition, the hotel […] has blocked my credit card in the amount of $ 1,500 to an unknown destination. "Quartos Minúsculos, Serviços Péssimos"
Me hospedei no SLS no final da minha lua de mel e tive a pior experiência de todas! A primeira decepção foi com o quarto: eu havia reservado um quarto com duas camas de casal e, ao chegar, me deparei com um quarto minúsculo com duas camas de solteiro! Reclamei e não queriam me trocar de quarto (mesmo eu tendo dito que estava em lua de mel). Depois de […] 2 horas discutindo com os atendentes (que estavam com zero vontade de ajudar), me deram um quarto com uma cama queen (porém igualmente pequeno, sem espaço para colocar malas e roupas). O serviço de valet é vergonhoso, o carro demora 25min para chegar (no primeiro dia perderam meu carro, esperei 40min até acharem).
