Hotel not near restaurants from walking distance. No air conditioning in elevators and especially the lower basement laundry room (no windows or close to an exit) service elevator is the only access and it was snail crawling slow. 1) I was charged for Parking but there was no room for parking. The phone was not working when you called the front desk. The rooms & hallway smelled like mold. The front desk service was extremely slow. The parking lot was very crowded, there were many cars parked outside the plot. Had to be extremely careful when you drove through the parking lot. If you are in need of any help in this hotel, fat chance. The operator just keeps you on hold for a long time and when you call back, I believe she notices your number and puts you back on hold without answering. Perhaps the hotel need to pay them more. You are better off with a regualar hotel room facing the ocean becuase it really isn't that muchh more space and it has almost the same equipment--my friend stayed in one. "Hotel stay was good"
I booked the ocean front room, and the beach view was gorgeous. The free continental breakfast was enough to get your day started. The beach was good too, but its not clean, there were lot of seaweeds floating in and around the water. You get the beach chairs to relax on the beach. "Riot in a room, call security."
Upon check in, front desk fine. Easy check in. As we got out of the elevator to go to our room, we can hear arguing inside one of the room, which was 2 doors down from ours. When we got into our room, we could still hear the arguing, it got louder and louder, it sounded like there was riot going on in that room. We spent no more than 5 min. in the room, […] when my husband suggested we change room immediately. We told the front desk our situation, they sent security up. However, the front desk was helpful and understanding and changed our room, to an upgraded room. When we checked in, it wasn't as nice as the first one. But we were tired and decidedbt to change again. A few min. later the room next to us, had an unruly child, crying screaming, parents yelling at the child. We figured it's Friday night, but hopefully it would not cont. it did for most of the evening, but stopped around 12 pm. My husband put ear plugs to drown out the screaming child. Also noted, there were no elevators or ramps to carry your luggage to the lobby. Only stairs or the bell boy could be called to do it. Not good if you have heavy suitcase! "Bad Experience"
As soon I wallked in to the Hotel it looked Ok and then I got to the room . It wasn't so great as the pictures but ok. Then I took my 2 years old son for a bath and then I noticed the water became so hot by itself that almost burn him if I didn't have my hand on him at the time and then it wasn't ok anymore. I made a complain and they change my room […] to another with 2 single beds.I asked for the king one that what I paid for and of course I had my husband with me. They said there was no room available and I had to keep that one.No air conditioner at the restaurant (terrible food by the way) plus you have to pay pay for parking.The pool was the only thing good about this place,but at my 2 last days it was so dirty that I couldn't even use it.So my experience was terrible. My family and I stayed in a junior suite at this hotel for a week. We could hardly wait to get home aside from the beach. The location was ideal, the beach was great but thats it. The restaurant service was poor and the food was not bery good at all. House keeping was poor in service and the room felt unsanitary as a result. Vi var sju personer som vid en transfer fått 24 tummar i Miami. Hittade detta mycket prisvärda hotell vid stra nöden på Miami Beach. Trevlig personal och rent, men enkelt boende.
