Bad experience. Outdated and needs major improvement as to facility maintenance and services. The room stinks! Has to change because of unbearable smell. Ordered food in the bar and when the food came, we smelled the rice is spoiled and the amount of food is way expensive with the quality of food. The waitress urged us to reorder forsomething else with […] frustrated facial reaction. To our dissappointment we left. Although the guy that took care of us in the front desk is nice and accepted our complain to be forwarded to management. "Never seen more misleading pictures- STAY AWAY"
The pictures are blatant lies or at least exaggerations and the service was horrendous. They wouldn't do dry cleaning for us and every time we spoke with an employee they were just trying to get you away from them as quickly as possible (if they even spoke English). The beach nearby is terrible and the location was way out of the way of anything cool. I'm not sure where to start. I feel that the pictures on the website were a very inaccurate description of what we found. The hotel was very dirty starting with the lobby. There was a damp smell throughout the hotel. When we got to our door, my husband had to force the door three times in order for it to open. From the moment I waled in to check in....I had to wait over 30 minutes...The girl at front desk told me to have a seat while she talked on the phone.....Then another couple walked in and she forgot that I was there and checked them in ahead of me. A este hotel habia ido un par de veces antes. Nunca fue un gran hotel, pero el servivio y la limpieza tenian buen equilibrio precio/calidad. Pero esta ultima vez fue pesimo, el desayuno malisimo, me cambiaron de habitación por una supuestamente mejor y no era asi. Queria pedir comida a las 8 de la noche y no atendian el telefono, baje al restaurant […] y no habia nadie. Preguntabas a la gente de la entrada y no tenian idea. Cuando llegue habia una pasajera haciendo una denuncia policial contra el hotel por algun tipo de robo que habia sufrido en su habitación. La habitación tenia paredes con la pintura saltada, los enchufes de corriente se salian de la pared, el baño tenia oxido en la ducha. Mande un mail estando hospedado y nunca me contestaron.
