Disgusting doesn't begin to describe the level of uncleanliness this hotel represented. While the website of the hotel indicates heavy construction, it doesn't allude to the fact that the hotel looks condemned. I understand construction is a necessity for renovations when you are trying to keep up your brand for a tourist-driven area, but while half […] the hotel is under lock and key, what is the problem with keeping the available rooms presentable and sellable for use? The rooms that the staff were so eager to sell look as if they have been sitting vacant and dirty for at least 6 months. Had these realistic photos been posted on the hotel's actual website, I would not have wasted my time or money; however, the photos on the hotel's website lead travelers to believe this hotel is at the same level of quality as a Wyndham. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will tell everyone I know visiting Miami Beach that they should steer clear. Read more

This stay was horrible. When my friends and I were looking for a hotel for our first time vacation in South Beach this place seemed to be affordable and the pictures looked amazing. We were decieved. When we arrived the air conditioning was not working in our room. The room was dirty we did not sleep underneath the sheets. My friends and I stay was cool in the city,but as far as the hotel I can't say the same. It was a real bad exp. with a 5 yr. old kid. People go here for lots of boozing. You can smell all kind of smoke all over the place of this hotel. We had to complain about the uncleaned room (may be people did no. 1 or no. 2 on the carpet). They gave us a second room on 6th floor, little better than on the other one. Hotel was worn down, bar was never open, mold in the corners of the bathroom and one of the elevators were out of service. Also, you hardly ever had a good Internet connection in your room. However, the price wasn't bad for the location, housekeeper was friendly and we got fresh towels and toiletries everyday.

The staff was pleasant and hotel is conveniently located in South Beach and that is exactly all you get for your money. Hotel has no parking lot, no valet parking, rooms are run down, walls are very thin, and there was a strong "weed" smell in the hallway.

Not the most modern hotel of course but the rooms were clean, a/c and hot water worked fine, and the lobby is presentable. If you're heading to sobe to party and just need a comfortable place to crash - this hotel will suffice.

This hotel was trash. The carpet was coming off the floor, the TV did not work, the ironing board had the iron attached to it (which did not work either). This hotel does not offer parking, they advertise parking two blocks down where you can pay an hourly rate on the street. The a/c did not work well in the room, so it stayed hot. The condition of the hotel was the worst ever, dirty bathrooms and dirty beds, a/c doesn't work at night and hallways were very dirty as well. Vending machines out of service, no cable tv, just local channels and phone at room doesn't work either. I will never stay at this hotel again and I don't recommend.

Never had towels, both bathroom and pool towels. Bathrooms were disgusting, staff was not helpful and didn't even care. To put it simply, I would NEVER even think about this hotel again... the upmost worst..!!

Bathroom was disgusting, wall falling apart, shower head leaking all over the bathroom andshelves. room was never vaccuumed. we asked numerous times for extra pillows and towels, and didnt get any until the last day. This is a dirty, filthy, almost out of business hotel that was full of 18yr old spring breakers who walk around in their dirty underwear. Not even good looking spring breakers...the filthy kind. I dont even know where to start at about this hotel. Me and a group of friends reserved a room for spring break here based on photos we saw on the internet. They showed their best pics online. When we got to the hotel its all pretty in the lobby as soon as we got to our room total disaster. For one they have only 7 parking spots in front of the hotel […] which cost $32 a day to have and if they are full you have to park your car 3 blocks down and walk and even then that parking is $20 a day. Then when we get to our room it is scorching hot. We called and reported that our room was hot and the lady was so disrespectful she just said ok and hung up. We had to sleep with the door open everynight we were there. We went down to talk to them but they kept saying they would move us rooms to come back in a few hours. We spoke with others and said they were having the same problems. The restroom was falling apart. The racks in the tub were hanging and it look unsanitary! DO NOT i repeat DO NOT stay here. Yes it was convient bc its close to the beach but the quality of the hotel is garbage. If they had a overall rating of 0 this would be a 0! poor poor poor! Read more

day one.. - check in and there is no where to park, valet service is expensive and they kept continuously moving my car around since there is no available parking and they use the front of the hotel at a valet area. - i rented 2 rooms for 3 nights.. and both rooms had a/c problems. they sent maintenance to fix both.. one room didnt appear as if they […] had cleaned it.. and there were no towels and toilet paper. i called front desk for those items and got them 3 hours later. - elevators are way to small and work very slowly.. only used the elevators on check in and check out (because of luggage) every other time the stairs were faster (which dont smell clean). day two.. - house keeping came in and did not change the sheets. they simply made the beds and changes out the towels. - when i returned at night to sleep on day two, one of the rooms a/c was not working again. called front desk and they sent up someone to check it out (a security guard) who made the determination that it might be broken. (if its on and its hot in the room, ITS BROKEN!). so i went down to talk to the guy working the front desk (@ 2am) who said "im sorry but we only have 2 rooms left for tonight and my manager is probably sleeping so i cant approve the change". so i simply said "call him because if i have to sleep in a HOT room i will be requesting my money back for 2 rooms, 2 nights that i havent slept yet.. and my valet for the nights that i havent used yet". so he called and i dont know what was said but he got the keys to w/e room was available and said very rudely "do what ever you want to do". - i then realized that the whole 3rd floor must have an a/c problem because as soon as i went to the 2nd floor (where my new room was) the hall way was a whole lot cooler than the 3rd floor. - the room that i was changed into was the ocean view room (which was not an ocean view. all i could see was the pool). which made me glad that i didnt spend the difference in price to get the ocean view roo Read more

De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding van dit hotel is naar mijn idee prima. De badkamer had iets schoner gekund, en het plafond boven de douche hing er een beetje raar bij, maar verder niets op de kamer aan te merken. De kamer was ruim, er was een tafel met stoelen, televisie, koelkast (!), strijkijzer, ladekasten, inloopkast, etc, de bedden werden iedere dag […] opgemaakt en ook werden de handdoeken iedere dag verschoond. De lobby heeft weinig te bieden, er is geen bar o.i.d. Wel is er een zwembad met ligbedden, een uitgang naar het strand (direct aan de boulevard) en een mogelijkheid om zwembad/strandlakens te lenen. Verder biedt het hotel wifi (in de kamers niet zo snel als in de lobby, maar op zich prima!) en de werknemers zijn vriendelijk. Mira lamentablemente me toco mala epoca por decirlo asi. 1. tienen un letrero sobre valet parquin en 30.00 el dia, no pudimos usarlo porque aparentemente el hotel cambio de administradores y no pudimos usar el servicio, el tipò que estaciona los autos, no sabia si lo iban a botar, el genente nuevo llego y dijo, "no estaciones mas carros aqui". 2. no […] hay restaurante dentro del hote, ya lo cerraron, no hay avisos sobre esto. 3. la parte de la piscina esta en total abandono, para salir del hotel a la playa hay una clave en la puerta, no te lo informan al ingreso al hote. 4. el papel higienico del baño era un solo rollo, se acobo y no lo reemplazaron. 5. el ascensor estaba bien sucio 6. las alfombras del hotel sucias igual 7. la atencion en el front desk, no fue la mejor, lastimosamente, no supieron manejar el trato hacia las personas que tienen reservas online, pero necesitan una habitacional adicional por cosas imprevisastas. Este é um dos hoteis mais bem localizados que jpa me hospedei, porém não me hospedaria nele de novo... No Lobby do hotel vc pensa q ele nçao é tão ruim até pegar a chave (de plástico meio velha parece até em braille) e subir para o quarto. O corredor tem carpete velho e com cheiro de cigarro, a porta do quarto é velha e revela um quarto espaçoso, mas […] com cara de espelunca... as toalhas não eram exatamente a coisa mais limpa q jpa vi. Os sabonetes de desfaziam, o vazo sanitário tinha uma mancha q eu tirei. A banheira com marcas de pé e a cortina de banho nojenta... Tomei banho de chinelo e me sequei o minimo possivel tds os dias. O Quarto tinha 2 camas de casal com uma colcha feia e velha, qdo retirava a colcha revelada umas fronhas não muito limpas (sorte q levei as minhas) e um cobertor marrom surrado cheio de furos q não usei por nada! A TV dakelas velhas pekenas e redondas. Fui pedir pizza um dia e o telefone tb estava nojento. Entre meu quarto tinham duas portas tipo, quarto conjulgado, e as paredes super finas, dava pra ouvir td e qq cosia dos hospedes ao lado. Enfim... se vc for uma pessoa desapegada de luxo, não ligar pra essas coisas, o hotel é muito bem localisado. Pé na areia e a 1 quarteirão da Lincoln Rd., porém, se vc busca o mpinimo de conforto e higiene, se vc gosta de estar bem hospedado, tomar um banho gostoso, se secar em toalhas macias e dormir em uma gostosa e grande cama de hotel: ESSE NÃO É O LUGAR! Tirando que eu fiz muitas compras e tinhamos medo de sermos roubados, mas foi td bem! Man får vad man betalar för. Kändes lite DDR med gigantisk tom lobby o tomma salar mm. Inget var egentligen dåligt, men priset var inte heller högt. Sängarna bäddades och nya handdukar på plats varje dag. Hotellet ligger bra till, nära till allt på Sobe.
