Hotel is under construction/renovation and overs no aminities but there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Hotel A/C is only operational in the evenings so the rooms are warm during the day. Only + is that it is on the Ocean but you need to walk a block around hotel to get to the beach due to renovations.

Hotel, needs some updates. Staff was friendly, parking was infront of hotel, could go and come as pleased. No parking or valet parking, but I paid and was able to. Room was spacious, neat, clean, had mini refrigirator, vault, iron, hair dryer, towels, view of the ocean and pool, wi-fi, limited tv channels. On the beach can rent chases, umbrellas, etc. […] not from hotel but they have services. No restaurant for breakfast, but there is room service. Near everything, walked to Lincoln Road shops and restaurants, it was great! Is a shame this hotel in its hayday was beautiful. No frills, it's a cheap hotel that is reasonably clean and no sign of bed bugs (we always check!). A bit run down but what do you expect for the money? Staff is nice and helpful. The Continental is what it is, don´t expect more. The price is clear enough. But during the art fair Basel Miami, all hotel prices are more than double of usual rate. It has the best location, next to the best hotels, the rooms are big, really big. Staff tries their best. So it depends on what you are looking for, I need location within a budget.

Hotel lobby is decent but once you step out of the elevator to your floor, the atmosphere changes. The walls are dirty and terribly painted, the carpet is soiled, and there is an odd smell. I was hesitant because of the earlier reviews but Great value for the money. We are talking south beach here. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Pool was clean everything was within walking distance. No issues except no parking. You need to park a few blocks north for $15 a day.

I had read all the reviews before I booked this place, so I had a really low expectation but it was cheap so my sister and I booked it. While it was a little run down, had weird stains on the hall carpets and often smelt like cigars, for the price the place was fine and the standard for what it was was fine. Según nos dijeron en el hotel está en remodelación para convertilrlo en un 4 estrellas.Hoy por hoy muy lamentable el estado en general. Se nota abandonado y solo un ascensor fuuncionaba para 8 pisos de 42 habitaciones cada uno. Lo unico destacable es la amabilidad del personal en la recepcion. No tiene ningun tipo de servicios.

Localização não poderia ser melhor, na beira da praia e a 2 quadras da Lincoln road, nota 10. Mas o hotel é muito antigo e varias partes estão caindo os pedaços. Uma reforma geral em todo hotel é mais do que necessaria e urgente. Não ha internet no quartos e isso é pessimo. Só ficaria la novamente se não encontrasse outro com melhor localização.
