The beds are extremely soft which can sometimes be a bad thing but it was perfect for me. The hotel room itself was very clean and spacious. The only... really complaint would be the size of the bathroom. The room was fairly large but the bathroom was the size of a closet. Not really well thought out. The staff were fantastic. I was coming in late and was meeting my family at the hotel. The staff allowed my family to check in early ad opposed to staying on the lobby. I travel to Indianapolis quite frequently for business and have always stayed at this hotel. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. However, this time the hotel appears to be getting really run down. WIFI did not work so was unable to do any kind of work, front desk could not explain. All of the drains in the bathroom drained very poorly. AC unit […] was shoved out of the sleeve into the room, and when I tried to phone the front desk to inquire about the internet I found the phone did not work, had to walk up to the front desk. I will look for a different hotel to stay at in the future unless they begin to renovate. Read more
