Check-in was quick and the girl checking us in was very friendly. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite because the lower rate room was not available, what a treat for us. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. We were there for the Bloomsday Race so the location is in close proximity to the start line. I love the location right beside the river […] and the park. This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. First of all there is a $12 per night chargte for parking for hotel guests that bok through hotels.com. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces that sit empty so I don't know why they need to charge for it. Secondly we booked and paid for a deluxe room because of how many people were staying the night. We paid extra […] and the room was too small. I went to the front desk to request a larger room and they said it was the biggest. There were two queen beds in it but the room was so small that one of the beds was all the way against the wall and there was very little room on the wall side of the other bed. According to the web site 5-6 people should have fit in the room but there was no way that was going to happen unless you like being packe in a room like sardines. Thirdly, the breakfast was a joke. The people that checked in ahead of us got free breakfast buffet and we were told that it costs $10 per person. The selection is like a typical continental breakfast and totaly not worth the $10. It was a nice hotel close to the Spokane Arena where we attended a concert and the beds were soft. But overall I do not think I will ever book a stay there again. Read more

The service at the front desk was less than satisfactory and we had to pay an additional fee for parking. Shouldn't parking be included? It was poor customer service and extremely frustrating that at no time while I was booking was I told about this ridiculous parking fee. The heat in the room had been running for a while prior to our arrival so the […] room was uncomfortably hot when we arrived, it never came down to a comfortable temperature even after turning the heat off and opening the windows (it was 30 degrees outside and snowing). The room was also very small, the beds and appliances were very nice but felt very crammed into a tiny space. The furniture looks new and modern but you can still tell it is an older building; features in the bathroom were aged and falling apart. The bathroom appeared clean but the bathtub was full of long black hairs that did not belong to me or my guest. There were also only a few outlets to plug things into (i.e. phone chargers) and they were difficult to find or access. Overall I was disappointed. I paid half the price for a hotel the night before and the room had been twice the size, the parking free, breakfast included and the customer service far superior. If I have the choice again I will not be staying at this hotel. Read more

Had to check in over an hour late! Pool was cold! Location is amazing. Restaurant is great! Rooms are small, but very nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Pillows are horrible. Location was great for my need, walking distance to the park and even the downtown mall (10 minutes). Beautiful room with comfy beds. There were some hairs in the bathroom that were not cleaned up prior to our arrival. I would def stay here again.

3 years ago i gave a 5 star review when I stayed here. I don't mind paying 9 dollars a night to park if it was indoors and secure. Give me a break!!! Anybody can go in and out at will. The front desk told me the indoor pool and jacuzzi would be open for the last 2 days of my stay. That was not true. If they told me the truth I would have left and stayed […] somewhere else. Beds were very uncomfortable. One thumbs up would be my breakfast at the Atrium restaurant, very good service and tasty, fresh food. Whoever is the manager of this restaurant should be managing the whole hotel. Will never come here again. I loved my room at the Casino in Airway Heights for my last nights stay in the Spokane area. The Red Lion in the Park in Spokane is a great place to stay for a good price. It's close to the Falls and the park and has a wonderful walking/running path close by. Close to shopping and food.

Rate was good for Spokane. Hotel central to downtown and within waling distance to Opera House, Arena and downtown shopping. Restraunt and lounge were good. Quality of food and pricing was very fair.

The service was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was divine and had lots of pillows. If the weather was warmer I could have swam in the outdoor pool.

It was nice. The shuttle service was great. The bathtub drain was plugged creating a pool of uhgggg by my feet. The desk clerk didn't tell us where to go for the elevatores, pools etc. The parking charge was annoying. the stay was OK for the price.

We had a great room booked onlilne at a super price. A few things went sideways...when we checked in we were told there wouldn't be a charge for the parking, but when we got our bill both rooms had been charged for parking even thought there was only one vehicle. Our room hadn't been cleaned at 4;30 so the front desk was called and they said there would […] be someone right, Our freinds room was done but not ours so at 7:30 we called again and they finally did the room. The following morning we were comped the buffet brunch and the parking was taken off the bill as the manager was so apologetic. All in all, I'd stay here again and recommend this hotel to all.
