We were exhausted when we pulled in to Spokane and were delighted to see how nice and updated our room was. It was small, but definitely big enough for the two of us. Newer tv, microwave, coffee maker, fridge... the works (no Food Network, though!). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and provided us with a few extra things when we needed […] them. I think there was a school basketball team or something though because the hotel was swarming with LOUD teenage boys, including some who loudly came in to the room above us after midnight and were so loud for so long that I called the front desk, and they took care of the issue eventually... overall, we got a great deal on a good hotel. Great place to stay in Spokane. Starbucks is just a few blocks away from 2nd Dicks burgers and a sit down dinner next door to Dicks. Close to freeway on ramps and off ramps. 3rd is one way but you can just go down to Arthur and change directions . There is only one entrance into the parking lot which helps for security.Caution for families about the […] tv. For some reason no weather channel was available had to watch local news to get weather info. The content on almost every channel was for adults. I ended up watching a movie on my Kindle that wasn't quite as graphic as the programs on the hotel tv. Breakfast has lots of choices. I had apple juice rather than the orange juice as last time I stayed there it tasted terrible she said it was concentrate from a box. The hotel is kept up well. It has an indoor pool and hot tub with a great morning breakfast. The rooms are clean and decent size. It's close to the freeway so there is easy access. Overall it was a good stay and for the price I'd stay again.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures. I have a very sensitive nose. Even though our room was non-smoking, my nose detected otherwise and dripped all night. Breakfast on the 5th floor was surprisingly tasty.

At first it seemed decent and we thought we had a great deal... until we went to bed. The sheets were clean and fresh but the blanket had "little black hair" all over it if you know what I mean. We were grossed out and turned the heater up and slept without a blanket. We had morning plans (Thanksgiving) and I decided to bathe the night before only to […] find no hot water. We called the front desk and were told there would be hot water by 3am. So woke up the next morning and by 8am still no hot water. Hotel advised someone was working on it. By 11am with no hot water we checked out and found a hotel where I could get ready for Thanksgiving. I was disappointed to miss all the pre-festivities as by the time we found another hotel and showered and arrived at our destination it was 1pm. This hotel really sucked. The hotel is off the main path and yet close to the freeway and downtown area of Spokane. Nice pool and clean comfortable rooms. Very good HOT continetal breakfast (Waffles, eggs, meat, juice rolls, etc) I would say a good value for the price.

Even though this is an older hotel, it was clean with a very comfortable bed. My only complaint dealt with the food at breakfast. At 8:15 AM we went to eat before departing for home. All of the "hot food" was either cold or lukewarm at the best.

We had a very full hotel. Kids running up and down the stairs between all 5 floors for hours around 4-8pm! No hot water at all from 6pm on. Finally hot water at 6am. The complimentary breakfast was late and not available at 7 am. Overall not at all satisfactory.

Both the hotel and my room smelled. Even though it was cold, I left my window open to try and help with the smell. The clerk that checked me in was outside smoking a cigarette as I was walking up to check in. She carried the smell of smoke inside with her.

My 2 day stay at this comfort inn was, in a word, comfortable. Prices were reasonable, rooms were older, yet very clean. Amenities were plentiful(very nice pool and weight room, and the breakfast was very well done. The service help was very helpful and attentive. All in all, a very nice stay.
