horrible hotel woundn"t recommend it to my worst enemy.not enough staff very runned down . the sofa in our room was soiled and broken looked like a piece that had been picked up at a dumpster.the front desk never gave me my wake up call and almost didnt make my flight horrible . this is my second bad exp. in atlanta this year the hotels are very runned […] down you must stay in very expensive hotels to get better quality it wasnt like that some years ago its a shame this traveler will try very hard not to stay anymore in atlanta. Not up to the standards of other Best Western's I've stayed in. Very old and thread bare, and in need of up-dating. The bathroom fan did not work and the slider door leaked water in the rain. DEfinately would not recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

喫煙の部屋しか空いていないとのことで、非常に煙草臭い10階の部屋に宿泊。絨毯は非常に汚く、吐き気がするレベル。シャワーの水の出は悪く、生ぬるい湯しか出ない。古いタイプのエアコンは温度が調整できるタイプのものではなく、部屋が非常に寒い。ベットのシーツは取替えたのか分からないくらい、最初からしわくちゃ・・・。 チェックアウトの際は、フロントにホテルマンが1人しかいない。、前の客がクレームをつけており、長時間待たされ、非常にストレスがたまる。 エアポートシャトルは1時間おきで非常に不便。不安だったので、事前に2度も違うホテルマンに確認したが、2台同時にバスが出発するから荷物や人が多くても絶対に乗れると言われる。早朝5時40分に、20分前からロビーで待機していたが、荷物が多いから2台目のバスに乗れと言われる。結局、なぜか8人のアジア人と黒人だけ2台目のバスを待つ羽目に。明確に人種差別だと思った。バスは2～3分で来ると言われ、－10℃の外で待機。だが20分も待たされ、朝食の買出しと思われるバナナやパンを大量に積んでやっと来る。謝罪の言葉は一切無し。道路が凍結しており、空港に到着したのは6時45分すぎ。最悪なホテルだと思う。空港からほど近く、安かったのでこのホテルを選んだが、もう二度と泊まりたくない。 ホテル向かいにある南部料理の店には、目つきの悪い客が沢山いて睨まれ、怖かったのですぐに退店。I […] HOPは改装中で利用できず、マクドナルドしかなかった。 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
