The elevators were broken when we first got there but luckily they got one fixed or we would of had to carry our things to the sixth floor. We never got our towels we called down for, but housekeeping was behind since they only had one elevator working. The hotel is situated very close to attractions and is on the ocean. The room was clean and had the amenities any business traveler would want except the most important one which is WIFI. Aside from the wifi it was a good hotel and a great price. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a double so the room was spacious, and clean with at a good price. I had a couple issues but didn't complain because only there for a night. No skillet, and room had a closed in odor like it had been closed in for a while. Besides that will stay again for the right price

If you want to be beach front and there aren't any better options, this will do. A little out dated and small rooms. I was by myself on business so that wasn't a big deal. I got a really good deal, cheaper than anything else in the area so I was happy. I'm not picky, but if you are you might try finding something else.

We had a very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable. There was some outside noise, but not bad. The room was not cleaned between our two day stay, just left clean towels on the bed. We had to ask for more toilet paper and coffee. The price was well worth any little discomfort.

I just wanted a place to spend some romantic time alone with no kids. I got what I wanted. The staff was friendly. If you needed anything it didn't take to long for the house keeping staff to bring it to your room. I did have a side view but it was still wonderful view. I would stay here again.

Bathroom sink leaked in the floor everytime it was turned on, called multiple times upon arrival to frony desk for toilet paper because there was not any and no one brought any not even when they vacuumed each day.

My husband and I went for Valentines weekend, and I have to say we were not expecting much since we only paid 50 a night for beach front. Receptionists were very nice. We did get locked out of our room, bc batteries in door died, all 3 nights, but the 2 maintenance guys were very nice. The indoor heated pool was freezing bc it was broken, but the tiny […] jacuzzi worked, however it was made for 4 people. On the last night when the jacuzzi had 10 kids in it, the receptionist reluctantly told us we could use the indoor pool 3 hotels down, which we did. It was heated but very run down. The hotel ran out of towels our last 2 nights and they didn't seem to care. Overall, like I said at the beginning, you get what you pay for. Although this place is indeed on the beach, that is about the only thing that was accurate in the description. No pillow top mattresses, coffee pot was sitting on top of the microwave that was sittinng on top of the fridge, The hallways were in need of paint and carpet. We really liked where it was located and the beautiful view of the ocean the staff was really courteous and friendly the only negative was the linens were always laying in the floor in hallway every time we went outside the room. The rates were excellent could not beat it anywhere.

No wifi or Internet in the room. Need a little more attention to detail as cleanliness of the room. (Probably due to lack of cleaning staff). Had some minor maintenance issues ie loose doorknobs, shower curtain. Location was great and close to restaurants, shops, boardwalk entertainment.

the pictures of the hotel in the listing show an expansive multi-building resort. But in reality, there are just 3-4 small buildings. Although no WiFi was available in rooms, staff did their best to pick a room with a signal, and I got one. The room was small but they gave me a king bed and I was happy. We had trouble with our AC making loud noises. Took a while; but they installed a new one in our room that afternoon. They gave us vouchers for breakfast for our inconvience. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. It's a busy older hotel but a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach or night on the boardwalk.

I enjoyed the condo we rented. The hotel staff was nice to us and checked on us everday. The location is great for walking to shops and the boardwalk. And, it is only minutes away from Broadway at the Beach. I would stay there again. The only negative I can say is that the beds were hard. But all in all not bad.

There were minimal towels (NO TOWELS) and when you called room service they said they were washing them..ALL DAY.... the toilets were slow enough that you thought you would need a plunger every time you flushed...We waited over an hour for houskeeping to fix one problem with the toilet...

Check in was fine, there was a line but it went quick. My room was a side view with partial ocean view. My side view was of the other building and the maintenance area-room for the hotel, there was a lot of work going on constantly, and having coffee out on the balcony in the morning was not very private due to all the work men/hotel staff, I was on […] the second floor. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very small and dated. I did have a microwave and small refrgerator, my coffee maker was on a shelf and would not plug in from the top of the microwave(there was no table in the room), so I had to set it on the floor near a plug to make coffee. No internet access in the rooms(I did not know this), as this was a business trip. I had to go to the lobby to get on line. There are 3 pools, one is a kiddie pool, the pools are small but work to cool you off. Young man at the front desk was friendly and gave me 2 coupons for the little patio restaurant just across the street.
