I am the pickest of travelers, and looked at a million hotels for a weekend getaway. I finally settled on this one, so glad i did! We had a fantastic stay. We had the one bedroom suite, the rate was great this time a year! The room was super clean. We had a cd player, dvd player, 2 tvs, and a king comfy bed in its own bedroom. One lightbuld was out […] in a lamp, and that was the only issue we had. They sent maintenance up to fix it. Also, the room had everything you would need, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, full kitchen - fully stocked, washer and dryer. The suites are right over the shops and restaurants, so convienient. We only left the area one time, and stayed on sight the rest. The staff was friendly. Despite the reviews, check in was very simple. The room codes worked fine - no issues. The area, while not directly on the beach, was just a quick drive and very convenient for shopping and relaxing. It is actually a condo facing a lake with sunset views. Once we figured out where to check in(separate "beach vacations" building) it was all good from there on out. Would recommend the Ashley building!

The only gripe i would have about this hotel is the place where you check in is not easily visable. GPS had us in the right area but, the actual office was in front of the Piggy Wiggly. GPS keep saying address was in the parking deck but, anyways the place was beautiful, the room was almost like an apartment or condo. Place was very clean and on top […] of market commons which had everything you would need from clothing, resturants, and movie theater, etc. No swiming pool, and you have to wash your own towels, the room had a washer and dryer so that was ok. And no room service which was ok. I guess if this hotel had maid service these rooms would easily go up in price maybe.This place wasnt too far from the beach only about 5 min drive down farrow parkway. This isn't my first time staying at this location, so it met my expectations overall. Travelled here for the first time with my boyfriend and he was pleasantly surprised. The convenience of shopping and dinning within walking distance is always a plus. Already have my next trip planned :)

I didn't know what to expect from this place, but was pleasantly surprised. The check in part was actually the worst part of it all, the check in location is a little building in front of the Piggly Wiggly. You get your little room code (no keys here) and a map and you have to find your way to the entry door. The entry doors are in between the shops […] so you have to have a keen eye. The rooms were very nice, we got the studio and it was plenty of space for the 2 of us. Keep in mind there is no maid service, but you get a washer and dryer to clean your own stuff which isn't so bad. You get 2 rolls of toilet paper, but there is a grocery store right there. It's a great area, with really nice shows and restaurants (Nacho Hippo is awesome!). It's not within walking distance to the beach, but it's not a far drive if you have to load up the kids. I'd stay at the Commons again for sure if I was back in MB. Read more

I that it was pretty and nice little shopping but convinence and prices is outta control and really not kid friendly. I wont stay the again and they moved me to a different resort due to the fact to the details of the place were wrong.
