Only one bed sheet was changed in 3 days so not sure if they where changed before we got there. Hotel was ok kind-of clean. Elavators are the slowest ever & half didnt work half the ice machines where broken. Great location to the beach not to resturants. In door pool was hotter the the hot tub.

There were four of us and we stayed in the room with two double beds. The rooms were small and there was no fan in the bathroom, which we thought was weird. However, the shower pressure was really good. The maids were awful. We came back a couple hours after we put our sign on the door and the maids were in the middle of cleaning our room. We told them […] they could finish and they said they already were. When we walked in, only one bed was made. The next day, the maids still only made one bed. We thought it was odd that they constantly only made one of the beds. The comforters on the beds had a couple of stains on them. The walls are paper thin and in the morning, the maids are really loud. They were fixing one of the elevators the entire time we were there (4 days). Towards the end of our stay, the power went out as soon as we were about to get on the elevator. The emergency doors closed and there was no light at all. Although the power came back on a few minutes later, I had never experienced that in a hotel before. When a guest went down to complain, the management team acted like they had no idea what the man was talking about. To get to the indoor pool, you have to walk outside. On the other hand, the ocean front location was nice. We didn't think the hotel was horrible; it was okay for spring break. We still had a good time; there were just a couple of things that could have been better. All in all, I guess we got what we paid for. Read more

This was a last minute trip with friends prior to a couple of them deploying and as such we went with what we thought to be a budget hotel but instead was a pleasant suprise. The room was nice but the beds left much to be desired. They were hard as rocks and made for a very bad nights sleep. You really need to upgrade to more comfortable beds. Would love to come back but not as long as you have uncomfortable beds. Try using a good mattress and box springs.

The hotel is located on the far end of Myrtle Beach, which isn't walking distance to any of the main action on the strip(so be prepared to drive and pay for parking). Much better price for same quality hotel and excellent location. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. If you have a balcony avoid the third floor because it is much bigger but some of the people from upper floors throw their garbage and stuff and it lands on your balcony. Other than that everything was perfect and I will be going back!

After reading the reviews on this website I was a little skeptical about this resort. I booked a room anyways because it was a great price. When I arrived it was really not as bad as I had thought. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was the pool area. Not big enough and by 3 pm the sun […] was gone due to a higher building next to it. Also the trash dumpster was behind the pool area and the smell was not that great. I will never stay here again. First the elevator to parking deck was down and you had to walk down or the golf cart came to get you. an ironing board and 2 days to get an ironing pad...SMH. We arrived extremely late, but were greeted and checked-in in no time. Front Desk clerks were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great ocean front rooms...beds were very comfortable and clean, micro and fridge came in handy, shower was ok, vanity in bathroom was updated and very nice, great TV, and updated carpet in rooms and halls […] on our floor (Floor 7!) Great, easy beach access, gorgeous beach, and close to BARnacles on the Pier! Chair rentals, jet skiing, banana boat rides, and parasailing are all right there! Lots of restaraunts, shops, and fun things to do! We ziplined and did a 60 foot free-fall the first night, then went to a buffet/Luau the second night...all were reasonalbly price and well worth it! I would definately stay here again. It's a safe and nice place to stay. Some of the bad reviews on here, must be people that did not get an updated floor and room. I thought that my hotel stay was overall ok, but I would not use them again. the parking lot was not connected to the hotel, so it was very inconvienent to get to my vehicles. Overall the stay was nice. One thing that I did not like was the fact that they do not have double queen beds., they only had double standard so you can already see that the rooms are not that big. But the customer service was great and I would revisit again for the right price.

The a/c didn't seem to be working very well, however the temperature was fine with the sliding glass door open to the balcony. Also, I did not like the bedding at all. There was only one thin fitted sheet on the bed covering the mattress and there was no mattress pad on the bed. I may as well have slept right on the mattress itself.
