It was a below average hotel. Indoor pool was small. Hallway floors were wavy. Only one mattress on the beds and (OCD me noticed) sheets were on inside out?! The hotel charged me two extra times on my visa card for a one night stay. This extra charge put me into a negative balance and because the refund would take three days to be placed in my account I had to cut out some of my vacation plans. The manager of the hotel wasn't ever around and it took two hours wait in the lobby to fix the extra charges. Overall, this is an adequate place to stay, not notable, not bad. There has got to be a better way to maintain non-smoking rooms, though. We stayed at the resort for 2 nights and it was good. Right on the beach. Its not located in the busy part, its about 6 blocks away, so it is quiet, no street sounds or other loud noises, but its also to far to walk for shopping and dinning. One of the nicest places I've booked on here. Friendly service, plenty of parking in the garage, right on the ocean, 2 pools, the hot tub wasn't hot, but that wasn't an issue for us. We stayed here for a last minute beach trip. The location was great. The room was clean. There were always people trying to keep the halls and walkways clean from the wet feet and sand.
