The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel is located in Myrtle Beach, S.C., adjacent to the convention center, one half-mile from the beach, and two miles from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park.
Hotel Features.
This contemporary Sheraton Hotel reveals its style to guests as soon as they enter the lobby. It features skylights, marble floors, and Art Deco accents. A solarium on the third floor includes a pool and sundeck with lounge chairs. A 24-hour fitness center with mirrored walls offers cardiovascular equipment with televisions and headsets.
A business center in the lobby provides high-speed Internet access for a fee. Vidalia's, a restaurant on the second floor, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional amenities include concierge services, wedding services, complimentary transportation to and from the airport, and a 24-hour front desk. Garage, outdoor, and large vehicle parking is available for a fee.

There are 400 non-smoking guestrooms and suites in the 12-story Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel. Amenities include the Pacific Coast Bed Experience, offering all guests a deep and restful sleep on seven layers of down-filled comfort. Guests can also take advantage of safes and complimentary wireless Internet access. Microwaves are available upon request.

M Bar - Second-floor lounge under slanted glass ceiling with violet walls, blond wood, brushed-aluminum-clad columns, granite bar and counter. High back upholstered booths with complimentary high-speed Internet access for laptop computers. Art Deco lighting. Open nightly. Bar menu features appetizers. Vidalia's dinner menu available, also.
Coffee & Cream - Second-floor bar serving Starbucks coffee, pastries, bagels, cold beverages. Glass-brick wall. Red and yellow fabric disks hanging from high ceiling. Curved banquette.
Flanked by sunning patios furnished with lounge chairs, a third-floor solarium offers a swimming pool. A mirror-wall 24-hour fitness center contains a Universal gym and cardio machines equipped with small televisions and headsets.

We were at Myrtle Beach for a dance competition held at Myrtle Beach High School. Our reservation at Sheraton was perfect for this event and the price I got on Hotels.com was excellent. The customer service was excellent and room was very clean. I have medical problems and the pillowtop mattresses there provide a much better rest than the ones at a […] typical hotel. "Just One Problem..."
We booked a 2 double bed room thru Hotels.com to accommodate 1 adult & 3 children. When we arrived, the hotel placed us in a king room. After some discussion, the front desk folks gave us a roll-away at no charge to use for the night. I've stayed here a few times before and have always been satisfied. They do charge $8.00 for self-park and $12.00 for valet parking per day, but that is a City mandated thing I was told, since they own the property where the parking deck is located. "Pleasant Stay"
The stay was very comfortable. I requested an ocean view room, and initially was put on the fifth floor where all I saw was the parking lot, but it was quickly corrected and I was place on a higher floor to see the ocean. Had no problems at all here. Check in and out took all of 3 minutes. Room was very clean including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and didn't hear noise coming from outside the room. The incredible staff far made up for a shortcoming in room cleanliness. Upon arrival in my room I observed two stains and shoe scuff marks on the bed spread. (Why do people lay on beds with their shoes on anyhow?) I contacted the front desk who immediately took action and had the bed spread replaced. Upon arrival I was so impressed with how the hotel looked on the outside because it looked so different from all the other 'resorts'. I was even more pleased with the inside of the room. The bed was soooo comfy and I even liked our city view. The light in our entry way was out; although it took two calls to fix it, it didn't take away from the room […] or our experience. Housekeeping did an awesome job keeping fresh linens and towels in our room throughout our stay. We were right on the corner, the elevators were so quick; no wait at all.
