The Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel is located in Myrtle Beach, S.C., adjacent to the convention center, one half-mile from the beach, and two miles from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park.

There are 400 non-smoking guestrooms and suites in the 12-story Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel. Amenities include the Pacific Coast Bed Experience, offering all guests a deep and restful sleep on seven layers of down-filled comfort. Guests can also take advantage of safes and complimentary wireless Internet access. Microwaves are available upon request.

"Good location but dirty and uncomfortable."
Good thing about this hotel is the location and the view, if you book the ocean view room. The check in went very smoothly and quick. Anything else was not as we expected from Sheraton . And really we are not picky people ;) Overall was clean, but carpet in our room was full of big dark stains. The mattress was old, very used and collapsed to the center. […] It was very, very uncomfortable to sleep on it. But the worst was the condition of the swimming pool. The water was murky and dirty and full of hair floats. Overall we give it an ok. Dirty plates lined the hallway, pay for parking in the parking deck is absurd and the walk from detached deck to hotel is less than pleasant. View was not impressive. Probably wouldn't stay there again for a date night...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Beds were not made during our stay. Garbage not collected. Had to pay for use of hotel parking lot. No direct linkage from parking garage to room elevators. People screaming in hallway 1:30 A.M. "Very decent Hotel"

"S myrtle sherraton"
The overall quality of the hotel was awesome the only thing I didnt like was the quality of the breakfast buffet. In my oppinion it was horrible and the food was cold. Clean hotel. Manager very courteous and informative. Bellman efficient and fun. Bed was bad. When you crawled into it, it sloaped big time. My back was sore after a night in it. "Traverlers with a kiddo"
We requested to change room because it was dirty, curtains were stained, smelled bad. We traveled with our little son and the main thing for him was the swiming pool, and I choose this hotel because it have indoor pool, the pool was freezing, the heater was not on, total disapoinment! called several times to request the pool check and nobody show up, […] no towels either, just got an apology the next morning, but that doesn't return the bad afternoon we had there. "It was too HOT"
Despite the thermostat setting of 60 - our room was consistently too warm making sleeping difficult. The bathroom sink water was never cold - it was warm at best. In the shower, we had intermitent blasts of scalding water. Not so bad for adults but scary for my 6 year old child. No room internet??? We had to go downstairs to access the internet - this […] was the MOST frustrating. On the upside - the staff was always helpful, and friendly. The rooms and property are very clean, parking was never an issue and honestly the rest of the guests seemed pretty friendly as well. "Ok - but not outstanding"
We stayed here because there were no other resorts with available rooms (last minute booking). The room was clean, but small and no frills. The view was of the roof top of another building and there was no couch or and one TV. OK for a couple, but not great for family with kids. We used a roll away bed from the hotel, but once that was set up, there […] was virtually no walking space in the room. Bathroom was nice and clean, but toilet had a weak flush and kept clogging :(. One very small indoor pool and hot tub. Two blocks away from the beach, so no ocean view. Had to pay extra to park on the hotel property (you have no option, there's no where else to park??). This is a good no frills kind of place for adults or if you just need a place to sleep. Very expensive for what we got though - next time will book a resort hotel on the beach well in advance.
