We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
Very upset with hotel and management !!!! Never had clean towels ,wash clothes,rooms cleaned ,fresh linens on beds or trash cans cleaned. Had to go get fresh towels at front desk when needed for showering. Asked if room could be cleaned after 3 nights there and never had any sevices done !!!!!! I was aware when booking there were no rooms for smokers, however I did not know this meant no smoking outside on your balcony, or anywhere on the premises other than the street in front of the "resort". Special accomodations are made here for pets but not a smoker. Pet friendly shouldn't mean dog pee in the elevators, dogs barking a LOT, dogs not on […] leashes. The hotel needs some remodling. The rooms with a kitchen need new cabinets. They have caulked enough. Time to replace. I used the frig and stove , but I kept my food OUT of the cabinets. "Filthy Room I felt Dirty the whole time."
If you walked on the carpet after a shower your feet would be black! I was afraid to take my shoes off. The Bathroom sink would not drain and a foul odor came from the kitchen sink forcing me to keep the strainer in the drain the whole trip. The price was right but next time I'll spend an extra bit and stay in a clean place. Not being able to check […] in until 4 pm was bad as well if you have a pet that needs to get out of the heat. Oh yeah and the only ice machine they had in the whole motel was broken the whole time. This hotel has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. They Had no knowledge of surrounding attractions....in a resort area and basically was put out for us even asking. Entrance of hotel was dirty and room was less than clean. "You get what you pay for"
The parking is very limited. Most of the time we had to park across the street. Elevators are so small 6 people may fit in at one time if no one is carrying anything. Pool area did not have a lot of space for lounge chairs.Genuine Expedia guest review
