I have stayed at PG on numerous occasions because of the location and the standard of the hotel. I have visited Mb overnight more than a hundred different times and most of the hotels are the same on the inside. chose this hotel because it is pet friendly but when our room or bed was left unmade for half the day, my husband laid down on the bed, mattress cover was on the bed when he got up he was covered in dog hair. Liked the room and little ammenities throughout the property. The one bedrrom suite was very nice and mostly updated. My only complaint was the front desk staff. The woman who welcomed us was really nice, however, in the evening, the man at the reception was not very kind, I asked him if there was a sauna in the hotel and he answered me like he was pis***. We did not receive the room we booked for, our room had a double bed and we asked for a king, they provided roll out beds, we asked 2 move, we were moved to three different rooms. Very disappointing. When we checked in and went to the the concierge desk the lady didn't even acknowledge us, just handed us the coupons and didn't smile. The last day of […] our stay we went to eat breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the hotel at 10:40am and the buffet was to be over by 11am. It was a nice get a way for my husband and I. The whirlpool wasn't that warm and when we talked to other guest that have been there all week said it has been a problem all week, one they fixed, but they said it was too hot. Our stay ws wonderful, except for one thing - they were doing construction on the roomunderneath us. This incliudes concrete jackhammers and other power tools going fairly late into Friday evening and fairly early Saturday morning.
