"Not too sure about this one..."
There was hair in the shower...grossed me out. Had issues with the thermostat in the room--couldn't turn AC off and in the middle of the night, the heat mysteriously came on...The AM and PM front desk clerks seemed "tired"...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
