Although the room was nice visually, the nightstands had what appeared to be smear stains the first day and throughout the stay were not cleaned. On the... second day, I found out that contrary to what I was told upon arrival the valet service for my car was not free. Furthermore, I ran out of bathroom tissue on the first night. When it was not replaced the next day, I asked questions and was informed that their supplier had not arrived and they had ran out. Although, it was difficult to understand how such a large hotel could run out, I was very appreciative of the maid who requested the maintenance personel to search until they found me a roll. In the meantime I was provided with an extra box of facial tissues. However, the complimentary shuttle service provided to the surrounding areas was excellent. All-in-all I was pleased with my stay.
