everything was great except the breakfast, it was cold inclusive the coffee! at 7:00 am no more milk, no more pancakes, no OJ and this happen every day. The cost of the room was too much for one night. The hot tub was inoperative and they checked us into a handicap room. We realized it after we unpacked, and did not want to move rooms again so we stayed in that room. Check in is at 3pm which is pretty late. We would have prefered to check in earlier and relax after our road trip. Don't let them give you a room near the elavator, it banged all night! "Friendly Welcome"
We booked online and knew we wouldn't get there till later in the evening. When we arrived Stephanie was very friendly and told us our room was all set and that the only thing was it was by the pool. A perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay. Very comfortable king size bed, firm mattress, both firm and soft pillows. Our room was quiet, no noise intruded from hallways or other rooms. One drawback is the shower, the water-saver shower head provided very low water pressure. As a result, showers took 2 to 3 times as long as with a standard shower […] head. "Too Much Cost Control"
First room had an unpleasant odor. Second room only marginally better. It may have been the cleansers used on the room, but we had to keep the windows open. This was a problem as the hotel is sandwiched between I-95 and US1. We found the breakfast room crowded and messy, with uncleaned tables. The buffet was not adequately restocked when food ran out.
