The staff was the friendliest customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. Note that I travel 8-10 times a year and stay at a variety of hotels. I have always had good luck with Hamptons but this far exceeded any other stsy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

We had a lovely time. It was very close to downtown shopping. The room was nice, I stayed with 2 small children and they were happy the whole visit. The continental breakfast was great. I was also right next door to a grocery store and dunkin donuts! Yum! The front desk gave a recommendation to visit a state park in Freeport and it was amazing, great […] hiking and water access, Wolf Neck state park I believe. We visit this area several times a year and decided to try a new place. We are so pleased with our choice. We were greeted immediately with sincerity upon arrival. The desk clerk was very helpful with everything from where our room was to the best places for dinner. Our room was very clean, much more spacious that expected, and comfortable.
