"Surf Trip"
Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. They cleaned our room out very well each day after we tracked in much of the sand from the beach. "Right at the beach!"
Simple looking and basic, but has everything you need. Good sized, comfy bed. Clean towels on daily basis plus soap & shampoo. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, table and a few chairs. Doesn't necessarily have enough pots and pans, etc. (if you're a family). Keep in mind, that the kitchenette (with the fridge etc.) doesn't lock. The actual […] bedroom area, of course, does. It's a perfect location though, as it's literally right at the beach. The beach isn't broad, but it is long and has a variety of places along it. It's nice for lounging, swimming and some nice sunsets with a few cocktails (very pretty and romantic). It seems to have a variety of people stay there, from small families to glee groups. Great for any age, though don't expect luxurious suites. It's georgeous (with the beach, the palm trees and sun), but nothing special building wise. We didn't have much to do with the staff, only when checking in and out. We lost my phone and they were more than helpful with extending check-out and ensuring access to the property to look for it (found it). The one bedroom apt. Is nice but can be redone nicely. It Is sad that the location is great and they don't care about to give a fresh look. Please put new beds and pillows, a nice queen or king plus sofabed will be cool, also a 32" or 40" tv or nothing, but not a 13" tv. Iis ridiculous.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This Villa is old but well maintained. If you are looking for luxury this is not for you, but if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, and comfortable place off the beaten track this is the best choice. "Villa Antonio- on the beach"
We had a delightful week including use of the fully functional kitchen, pool, beach, shelter (for a meal when we wanted, & for sunset-watching), bird-watching, frog-listening, surf sounds, diving & snorkeling.
