"good location"
breakfast was good. rug in waiting area was dirty. that was a turnoff for sitting down in the waiting area. lots of parking spaces. good sound proof rooms. pleasant staff. didn't provide additional info about the different sights or discounts.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Toilet backed up both nights of our stay, overflowing the second night. Staff were appoligetic, but evening shift are not set up to address the problem indicating it would be corrected by staff in morning and handed us a plunger and towels. "Weekend Fun"
Really enjoyed the hotel, very neat and clean. It was a great value. Not within walking distance to the historic area but close to Ripleys and the big park. Beds were very comfy. Good advantage is the trolly tour stops at the hotel and that really is the best way to see the city and all its sights.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was as advertised but we expected to be closer to the center of town. There was however, at the time of our visit, plenty of available parking downtown (bring quarters) .There is much to do in the area and plenty of good resturants. Overall we were pleased..Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hotel in historic St Augustine"
Hotel was nice, staff were all polite. Location is close to downtown. Room was clean except the coffee maker had "chunks" inside it. But as they offered a complimentary breakfast with coffee, we just headed down stairs for our morning coffee. We would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
